I like Tom the best. I think he's made the right call the majority of the time, which shows he's got a good business head. I like that he's a quirky character too, which makes him entertaining to watch. He's got the best of both worlds.

I also like Jedi Jim, Leon, Melody and Susan too for the same reasons as above, but they're more questionable at times.

Susan.

She does have great skills but is maybe a little too hyper with her ideas so no-one really takes her seriously or thinks she knows what she's doing. Hopefully she can work on her communication skills and go on to win.

Tom - a lot of the time he's the only one who talks sense, and he often has the right idea but gets shouted down. For one, had he been allowed to make his point on the location of the treatment room in the beauty task they might have actually got some treatments done! I feel quite sorry for him sometimes, but I'm hoping that when the numbers go down and there are fewer forceful people in there he'll have a chance to prove himself.

Jim, then Tom. I think Melody and, now, Helen have a good chance too.

None of them stick out at the moment to warrant working with Lord Sugar, I voted for Jim, if he ever gets the chance to be PM perhaps my mind will change, Tom on the other hand shows no business sense at all, although I do like him, thats my heart talking and not my head, not one of the girls impresses me at all.

I think Tom's business sense has been pretty decent, had his team listened to him in the beauty treatment task about the location and importance of treatments, then they wouldn't have done so poorly. I'm not sure he's the type of character that LAS is looking for, but I do like him.

The past couple of weeks haven't done Jim much good, he's now joint 4th with Helen!

Susan. Annoying at times, maybe, but not in a deliberate way. She's way too cute and nice for you not to like her. After her probably Jim.

If you're asking who I don't mind personality-wise, I'd say Melody, Natasha and possibly Tom.

As far as actual contenders go, I'd say Melody & Glenn. Voted Glenn, although I can't see Sugar 'recruiting' him - I reckon he'll recruit Susan or Helen...

Anytime he's been on the losing team, his suggestions have been ignored completely. He's very astute with good sense and people see that.

I voted Tom, I really like him but unless he manages to get a bit more out spoken to get his opinions heard then I don't think he'll win.

I like Jim too but for completly different reasons. I think Jim could be a contender but I like him because he's interesting to watch not because I think he's a lovely person like I think with Tom.

My order of favourites is:
Tom
Susan
Jim
Melody
Glenn
Leon
Helen
Natasha
Zoe

But I think that Tom will be out soon. He seems to be an Indian and not a chief.

Bollocks. He should have been fired the week Felicity went for refusing to do what he was told, choosing to sell hair products instead of selling the beauty spa like he was meant to. Fortunately for him she was an idiot and brought back the wrong people.

Though it would be a short-sighted leader who would sack someone for a late-in-the-day error like that when Tom's initial guiding advice would have set off the whole task on a successful route. You keep someone for the big good things, not sack them for the small bad ones. IMO. Unless you just 'can't see yourself working with them', in which case he may just sack them for stirring their tea the wrong way.

Glad to see Tom in the lead! I thought it was just me that really liked him. And, apart from the teeth, I think he looks a bit like Michael Sheen.

No idea, people keep saying hes the most sensible of the lot, and his ideas (which are usually right), are always shot down. If he thinks there so right he should pressure his ideas through more, instead of backing down. Hes had 6 times to be PM as well, and is too scared to do it every week.

Might be a nice bloke, but he will be walk all over if he contuines the way he has.
