Sugar must have already chosen his winner

That's the only logical explanation for firing Ellie last week and Edna this week.

Ellie should have been fired on the cosmetics task when she deserved to be fired, she didn't deserve it last week because the only voice Vincent listened to was Jim's.

This week was one of the worst decisions i've seen from LAS.

Edna did pretty well, as she said, showing brains and brawn. But for some reason, LAS likes to get contestants out of sticky situations by pulling out the CV card on another contestant unfairly.

I have no idea why Edna was a contestant if LAS didn't like her CV, saying it sounded too businesslike.

Zoe was a completely hopeless PM. Very unstable, very unsure and generally clueless as to what she should be doing. I didn't really like her attitude towards Susan during the task and in the boardroom, it was close to bullying.

Hopefully she will get the chop next week, i find her a pretty irratating person tbh.

Sorry if the thread title has already been discussed in the spoiler thread, i'm avoiding it like the plague

I often feel Shuggs gets rid of some contestants when he feels he might not get a chance later. This was Edna's first time in and so maybe she wouldn't be there again before interviews.
Zoe will be back in the boardroom - especially as she's made the schoolgirl error of telling her competitors that Lord Sid has her card marked

He listens to Nick too much. It's Nick who decides on who gets fired.

I guess that means that it's safe to say Susan and her hysterical whining are going to be gracing our screens for quite a while to come then. Nick's in love with the woman.

I do wonder if Lord Sug has looked at all the candidates CV's (which he prob has before even seeing them in the flesh) and has a little short list of who he thinks would be work-able with, on paper? Maybe that shortlist determines who he gets rid of, but I'm probably completely wrong with this theory.

I think that Lord Sugaryness probably has got a shortlist. All the candidates must have submitted business plans and he will have been over all of them with a fine tooth comb to see which look the most viable. The tasks are about him seeing their leadership skills and assessing their personalities.

He knew he could'nt work with Edna, who was all hot air, so she had to go.

I think this was one of those firings that was an executive decision Susan is obviously goin to the finals, edna while probably the second strongest hasnt contributed to the show. And zoe who was the PM made so many errors & was the weakest of the 3 was spared. Why? because she and susan have a rivalry (which is all the makers care about)
