natasha always arguing. often lying in boardroom to get of trouble. i find her*annoyi
awowzer10

no team member can ever express a different opinion without her shouting and arguing.

give her any control and her ego seems to swells out of control. she's given the camera to shoot a few dogs and suddenly she's james cameron directing avatar and telling all her team members who voice an opinion to shut up because "she does nt want it to affect HER VISION". her vision, thats priceless. we are talking about a 30 second dog commercial not a hollywood blockbuster.*

whenever she's in the boardroom i have noticed she will lie a lot to get out of trouble and her eyes shift all over the place and she looks nervous as she lies. *

she seems to make not very clever decisions every every week. hi there, i am ringing from your main rival, could you give me your list where you buy everything from please.*
£40 thats as high as i can go.*
no.
£50 thats the final offer.*
no.*
£60 that really is my limit.*
no.*
£70 that...
how dare you interrupt me???!!!!! i was about to clinch a really good deal.*

looks she might get fired next week if the expressions of the important people she is making the final presentation to are anything to go by in the preview clip.*

launch a magazine and natasha comes up with a soft exposure mag and opens her presentation to the judging industry experts "how do you blow your load?". the clip shows her constant bragging does nt even exclude the delivery boy "oh yes i am the EDITOR of the magazine".*

i find her intensely annoying and think she deserves to go. *

Sorry to dissapoint you but there is little prospect of her being fired next week, you think the oap mag will do better than the lads mag idea

Her and Zoe are cut from the same cloth.

Another complete fraud with no original thought or grasp of what the tasks are about in a business sense.

Argumentative, aggressive dumbo.

She must be kept for her random one-liners though.

Cant wait for some of her lines next week going by the preview

This next week will make or break her if she wins win the "lads" mag which I think she will comfortably against the saga mag she may suddenly go from a maybe to a strong contender.

Next week is very much about finding a business idea by the looks of things.

I shudder to think what her business idea is though

Karen doesn't like her, Nick no sure but I think Sugar does.

I also think Sugar likes Zoe

Can't stand her whole deamenour and how she had the nerve to take the pee out of a brummie accent - which was nothing like it - with her own horrible accent I don't know. I was watching the re-run of her as she was trying to get that list from her competitors grrrrrrrrrrrr her whole body language and dopey looking to boot.

Yeah I don't really get the fascination either. I said in another thread she agrees constantly with LS and contradicts what she says in the task when in the boardroom. She brown noses LS completely.

Another thing: Why would she interrupt Jim when he was about to (maybe) negotiate the price the builder was paying them from 260 to 270? He got him up to 260, was about to go 270 and then she just shouts 260!, effectively ending the negotiation and giving up the opportunity of an additional £10. Seeing how close the result was (£6), that could have lost them the task for no reason other than her sheer stupidity.

To be fair at that exact point Jim seemed more intent on wasting time haggling cause he felt he was getting done over with extra stuff being added to the load than actually working - and as they were under time pressures to do all the jobs what was worth more £10 or getting on with it?

I agree but why have you called Jim Natasha?

For those of us who can see past her accent, her inarticulateness and her all-round gobbiness, Natasha has been one of the few star performers this series.

Consider the following:

Her much-derided attempt to gain a procurement list from the Ritz, whilst being unsuccessful, represents out-of-the-box thinking and a genuine attempt to break away from lazy conventional wisdom that shackles the critical faculties of the usual dolts that makeup the ranks of the Apprentice candidates. Had things gone the other way, rather than giving Karen the opportunity for a smug to-camera piece, Natasha would have been hailed as a genius.

Natasha's saleswomanship in the beauty task, best exemplified by the line - "it's like a little hamster, innit?" Now I will grant you that this was perhaps done unwittingly, but this sales approach was both highly original and deeply satisfying. The product in question - the winge - a product both unfamiliar to the consumer and culturally anomalous, was undoubtedly a hard-sell. Those things looked ridiculous - surely no sane person would want one of those clipped to their hairline. Natasha's great skill - for which she deserves to be commended - was to contextualize this loathsome, alien product. She took the hamster, a much-beloved family pet, and used this familiar cultural association to provide the worthless winge with a "place", to give it a sense of familiarity.

Next we move onto Natasha's directorial efforts. In this endeavor, we really saw her creative potential flourish to an extent unmatched by any other candidate past or present. This is in spite of Ellie's incessant attempts to sabotage Natasha's creativity. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when Stanley Kubrick directed 2001: A Space Odyssey, I don't think he tolerated being 'advised' by any poxy assistant director or runner. In fact, Natasha's turn behind the camera showed her to be, not merely a director, but an auteur. Her vision was so clearly stamped on the dog advertisement - the finished product displayed great finesse and vitality, greatly overshadowing the banality of the product in question.

As for this week's task, despite Melody's attempt to get Natasha to take a bite from the plate of blame, she clearly shone. She worked well as part of the team, enthusiastically collecting rubbish and concentrating on the task at hand. She proved that, unlike many others, she was able of putting the interests of the team first.

Ooh and next week, Natasha as editor, can't wait!

No, the situation I'm talking about happened earlier in the day, when they first met and made the deal.

Re-watched sorry you are right - confused the two- apart from IMO he was still haggling over v little - but that is a moot point.

There is a core of truth in some of what you say, albeit exaggerated. Natasha was good as a director. But phoning the Ritz was utterly stupid.

I do not like Natasha, I naturally dislike Recruitment consultants.

However neither Natasha or Zoe can be claimed to be frauds in any sense.
