So they see their future selves, i'd completely forgotten about that. I know time can be rewritten but if Rory is the man River kills then he wouldn't be there waving at himself
Although i'm guessing if you wanted to defend the River kills Rory theory then you could argue it was because the universe rebooted but i'm still not sure i'm entirely convinced by that

I guess we will see a lot of Time can be rewritten and Time is in flux conversation.
I, for, one dont believe it is Rory she kills personally. Yes he is a good man but that doesnt mean anything.

I believed it was Rory myself until i saw this, Moffat has done such a good job of making people doubt themselves though that it would actually be a surprise if it was the doctor after all this

Rory has actually disappeared from that timeline by the end of cold blood, swallowed up by one of the cracks with Amy appearing alone on the hillside. And then the universe rebooted anyway. So no, I don't think that particular potential future has any bearing on Rory or Amy's fate.

We don't know at what point in his life he dies, whether at River's hand or another. They could have revisited Wales quite soon after, before all of this stuff with babies.
