I think this has something to do with Moffat's angle this year. He is going to bring The Doctor down from the oncoming storm to Madman in a box. Take away his legends and well then all you have is a mystery.

It might just be a mistake, after all they have 'unkown' for his first appearance, too (and we all know it was in An Unearthly Child)!

It's the same for River as well, she has no infomation where as she did before... Doctor and River were the last profiles to be updated so i think they might have made an error

Well he is half human (on his mother's side)... So could be Earth, Gallifrey or anywhere else in the universe for that matter...
