From the Radio Times web site:

"The candidates are challenged to sell British products to the French. One half of each team remain in London, selecting designs presented by entrepreneurs ranging from children's toys to top-end bikes. The rest head to Paris to set up sales meetings, but poor French skills and general ignorance about the country lead to bad choices and stumbling pitches."

Splitting them up so only half of each team goes to Paris to set up the meetings, that'll be fun!
