If you are thin then you might be able to bypass the long legs criteria ....... but purely on a 'long legs vs short legs' scenario, I know which would win.

A petite woman with short legs can kinda get away with it ...... but the problem for Zoe is not that they are short but that they are like tree trunks. No shape whatsoever.

A petite woman with shapely legs can get away with it in spades. And as petite is around 5'5" and under, all petite women have short legs.

But as tall women friends tell me, men are often put off by their height.

Like I said, men have pretty wide-ranging ideas about what constitutes attractiveness, as the porn industry illustrates. If only a narrow range of body types was acceptable, there wouldn't be a market for the others kinds, and clearly there is.

When in reality, I have seen an amazing array of body types featured within - small breasts, big breasts, short, tall, a lot of porn actresses are very natural!

No, I agree! But you just blanket said "Straight men don't like short legs". I think on a shapely, petite package, short legs can look great! It's all about proportions. If a woman is in shape and her legs are in proportion with the rest of her body, she'll look good. It's all about proportions!

And physical beauty does tend to come down to classical proportions. You can fit those at 5'2" or 5'11".

I hate glib blanket statements, as you can see. Like I said, I hate when women proclaim what all of us like, so it's not a one-sided dislike.

I must admit Zoe doesn't really attract me. Leaving her personality aside, her voice is unpleasant to my ear and well, she just doesn't do it. Susan is gorgeous, and Helen and Melody are pretty attractive. Natasha is OK. I personally find Zoe the least attractive remaining girl.

You're telling me. I'm 6'2" and my friends who are 10" to 12" shorter than me get away with murder. Men fall over themselves to help them with all sorts of minor tasks that they wouldn't dream of helping me or my 5'10" and 5'11" friends with, and they get things for free and men totally ignore these three "posts" in front of them to talk to the petite ones in bars and clubs.

All the straight guys I know and personal experience (see my previous post).

I'm not saying it goes for all straight men. Some do fall for the "conditioning". It's the same reason that what is considered desirable in terms of weight and size changes over the years and people fall for it but it's all led by what the fashion industry presents and wants to promote but the fact remains that the fashion industry is led by a lot of a gay men and a handful of women, all of them preferring the body shapes of males to those of females.

You only have to look at the celebrity women (outside of the fashion industry) that men have found attractive over the years. From Marilyn Monroe to Farrah Fawcett to Debbie Harry to Kylie Minogue to Cheryl Cole, to name just a few. They're short.

Also, it's no coincidence that in girlbands, for example, the most popular one with males is the shortest. Or in female ensemble casts. as in the case of Farrah.

The female of the species being smaller than the male is dictated by nature, particularly in sentient males.

In my experience, tall women are only preferred by short men with their own complexes who think a tall woman will draw attention to them or lads with less brain cells than pairs of trendy shoes who follow like sheep.

Back to Zoe, she's the best looking of a mediocre bunch.
