It was Crawford. I think he was in the 2006 series.

I've never seen Shipwrecked, but I thought he looked like one of the characters from Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels.

ETA - not the plumber, the builder guy who Jim was arguing with about the extra rubbish.

I watched Shipwrecked back then but I didn't even recognise him until people said it was him.

I edited my last post. I didn't recognise the plumber, but the builder bloke that Jim argued with about the extra bags of rubbish. He looked like one of the villains who lived next door to Jason Statham's crew in "Lock, Stock...".
