Having her weekly moan on OKTV, fair enough however she thinks Glen stands out

This would be the same Kate who was going to be going into business after her year remember

You mean the girl who was desperate to succeed in business, was driven etc etc ......... but then a 2 bit gig on the worst channel on terrestrial tv comes along and she snaps it up.

Errr OK Kate.

She has probably been the most successful non-winner but she still feels she is the all seeing expert now

And her choice is not great, given that she teamed up with Pantsman Phil - Glenn has got it on with the vile Zoe.

lol this coming from a woman whose job now is to talk about Cheryl Cole's hair extensions all day

LOL! So, she isnīt backing Melody anymore

(she supported her at the start of the show, after the candidates were revealed and the candidates videos were on-line to watch)

I think Kate Walsh gives banal celebrity magazine shows a bad name.

And anyway, even if this year's apprentice women are giving businesswomen a bad name - at least they're in business, eh Kate?

No matter what job Kate is doing now she was excellent on the Apprentice. She was far better then any of the present crop of girls.

She impressed on the advert task, but canīt recall anything special apart from that

Me neither.

In fact, my over-riding memory of Kate is the awful catering pitch she gave.

That was easily my least favourite series because no candidate was particularly inspiring. Yasmina and Kate were the weakest finalists yet.

She has done well for herself, however Yasmina was a joke of a winner

Have you wiped Simon, Lee, Claire and Chris out of apprentice history or something

My winner that year was Deborah.

Personally, I think that Yasmina is easily the best winner in all the series so far (her track record as PM will never be broken).

Kate Walsh is the worst sort of example of an Apprentice candidate. In it for the fame.

She is no one to talk.

I just recently watched series 5 and I'm surprised that she said that considering in her interview stage it was brought up numerous times that she dislikes working with women because she thinks they are emotional and bitchy.

If any TA contestant gave women in buisness a bad name it was her.

She's got room to talk. Only went into The Apprentice for a career in showbiz!

I never get this. Why not judge the contestants as individuals instead of thinking they are representative of their whole gender. No one said Vincent was giving men in business a bad name by being an incompetent sexist creep were they? Zoe is only giving Zoe a bad name, not some imaginary homogeneous 'women in business' group.

Good point, but I was annoyed by all the women in the last task . Ok it wasn't a very glamorous task and more suited to strong blokes . Zoe after a miserable first day, did buckle down on the second day and worked damn hard shifting the rubbish .
I had to laugh when they called for Edna to add a bit of muscle and all she seemed to do was stand around giving orders.

This will be the same Kate Walsh that had a relationship with one of her "co-workers" on the show - bet Karren Brady loved her for following her example of how women work in business (*cough* )

Really? I think they've possibly been the strongest finalists yet, in terms of potential and likeability.
Those in previous years haven't exactly been dazzling.

Was very pleased Yasmina won.

Oh I agree, I find a lot of the women annoying this year (actually a lot of the men too but that's irrelevant) but they're actions reflect badly on THEM and THEM alone, they don't reflect badly on business women as a whole.

I just think if we stopped judging people based on generalisations about a certain group (whatever that group is) and just judged people as individual then the world would be a better place.

She was excellent at sales and presentation. Adnittedly she screwed up a presentation on the catering task, but I think this was down to her being poorly briefed by Yasmina, who probably assumed Kate would know as much about food as she did. She also screwed up selling the catboxes, but this was probably down to their inherent crapness - and also to her being preoccupied with Philip.
