IT HAS been confirmed by that website. Women can remain fertile til late 60's and men til their 70's so its VERY possible.

Where does it confirm it on that website? I can't find anything!

and how do you know that the website is a reliable source?
Its probably true, but i must say its very unlikely, in the spoilers, it says rodney books a cruise for him and diane to cheer her up, it seems very weird that he would do this knowing the secret. I too cannot find it on the website. |

Yeah, and it's supposed to be a "tragic" secret, not to mention the reactions of other people in the spoilers certainly don't suggest pregnancy.
Unless it's BOTH. Or there's something wrong with it... |

Mind you, Emmerdale are very good at keeping secrets. In the spoilers for Louise's stalker storyline, Ray was mentioned as being alive after she killed him to throw people off the scent...

Spoiler
Women don't stay fertile til their late 60's and if you'd watched yesterday's episode you could see that it isn't leading to that. |

I'm sure I remember an episode a month or so ago where Diane was talking about her having "the change"
I thought last night it was going to be something like her still being married to Rodney, but if msf says it's cancer I'll settle for that. |

I'd put Diane in her mid-late 50s. I didn't hear her comment about going through the change (I don't always watch Edale) but I think the average age for that to begin is arond 50-52 (of course she doesn't have to be average).
Both Cathy and Pauline in EE had late babies (Cathy thought she was going through the change but she was preg). Diane is older than either of them were though (at least, she looks it!) Cancer sounds more likely. |

Cancer sounds more likely. Diane looks very old too me, I'm surprised anyone could be physically interested in her anyway. Gross. Mind you her sister looks even worse. Did I say worse ? I meant much much worse. |

There's a difference between 30 and 60. |

Thats funny.
Maybe she is pregnant and has cancer. She could have thought the was going through the change, went to the doctor for some HRT or whatever and was told she was actually pregnant. This happened to Alisa in Home and Away when she found out she was pregnant with Duncan. Granted she was in her 40s and had put this down to an early menoapuse. Back to Diane now, then at the doctors she had more tests and found out she has cervial cancer or something. Possible? Yes in soap world. |

that reminds me of Jimmy Carr joke when he performed for the Queen:
If old men need Viagra, it's because old women are ugly. Kimindex next you'll tell me you mix with kids so you think lewd conduct with them is alright ? 60 or 70(Edna is in her 60's anyway) there isn't much difference, like a couple of years matter. Just because Danny shagged Diane's sister in Emmerdale, it doesn't mean that would happen in real life, get real. That storyline was just wishful thinking from one of the older female storyliners. |
