Works in both for me. Also, I only get this on BBC 1 and BBC 1 HD. I did once get it on Ch 5 but it went way.

Was the bug only introduced in 13 then? I've had the box for 2 years and this only started happening about 6 months or so ago.

I was recording and then went back and the bug happened, I pressed ok twice and it sent me back to live action.

So it looks like it works if youre not recording the program but if you are, youre stuffed.

It only happens for me on BBC1-HD and 101 (a customised channel). Seems a permanent fix on BBC1-HD but can't do a full reboot to check as recording at the moment. It's about to start recording channel 5 so I will check if time shift replay brings them up (normally I always use chasing playback if recording which is not a problem).

There are no subs on CH5 time shift even though recording.

Bingo.......just got in from work and tried this.... has turned them off on BBC HD for me

Thanks. My box is only 4 weeks old and came with .15. Had this problem too but Graham's method does the trick.
