Firstly, "housewives 16-34" is unlikely to be a measure that ITV use. Secondly, even if HUTH was beating This Morning in a broader housewives demo, that's not overly relevant beyond this thread. Advertisers aren't going to take their budgets to the BBC instead. What matters to ITV is whether or not This Morning is profitable and whether or not they can replace it with something that would do any better. I don't know the answer to the first question. But I'm 90% certain that the answer to the second question is "no".
