Yes, though as Centre Court has floodlights I guess the match can coninue until it's conclusion, which may be beyond 9pm?

Anyone with sense would not schedule the QoS wimbledon special against... Wimbledon

I'd guess a filler at 8.30pm for Two, however given the EE situation anything is possible...

Miranda/My Family will be lucky to get an airing as this match is set to be a long one me thinks...

They wont show A Question of Sport on BBC Two. QI or Rick Stein or Coast or something. The Tennis is likely to go on well after 9 too.

The stupidity at the Beeb is amazing, if the current EPG is correct, wimbledon will face a wimbeledon quiz special - absoilute idiots...

EastEnders will be a ratings disaster tonight.

Sue Barker has just announced that EE is now on BBC TWO. 10 minutes after it started!

Anyone with sense wouldn't have had all this messing about considering the tennis already had a primetime slot. Don't put anything pass the BBC.

Well, that would have been the case if it had been on BBC1 anyway. And it spent an entire series up against Mastermind when it's made by some of the same production team.

A Question of Sport is on the EPG for BBC2 at 8.30pm.

I think they could easily drop Miranda and/or My Family and just put the series one episode back for next week.

There was no break in the coverage until then - given the stuipidity of the decision to show EE on Two, it was the best the BBC could do.

She actually said it at eight o'clock, but she's said it twice again, although if you're switching on for 'stEnders at ten past eight, you're clearly not that bothered about it.

One thing I never understood was why the BBC moved Today at Wimbledon to an 8pm slot. It never seems to air! There's always still good Tennis going on at 8pm.

BBC schedules are still stuck in a pre-roof era, maybe going forward, they should take a second look at their schedules, and run evening sessions on BBC1 throughout the tournament, or maybe run Murray/No-Murray schedules.

Assuming Murray wins, this situation will no doubt occur again on Monday and then possibly on Wednesday, and even next Friday. So it all becomes a bit of a farce.

Today at Wimbledon running as billed 1 day out of 5 is something that needs looking at for the future as well

Today at Wimbledon was at 8pm last year, wasn't it? Except IIRC most matches finished before that time in 2010 so it wasn't moved from the schedule that much.

Pardon my french, but so it ****ing should - this is a Brit in the premiere world tennis competition, it has a place on BBC One more than virtually any other programme this evening

I always find watching him more amusing than My Family at least...

Only a few more days before he's knocked out and back to normality.

Come on Tim! erm......Andy!

I think Andy knows he is on BBC1, he has just lost the 2nd set so it makes the match even more exicting.

By that argument all premiere sports events should be on BBC1 - but they are not. ITV have some, Sky have some...it shouldn't matter a jot what channel the tennis is on. If it has a place on the schedule leave it be, instead of throwing it all over the place in an attempt to boost ratings.

Monday would be easy for them to scheduling as it's only Silent Witness repeats, Wednesday is trickier due to The Apprentice, can't see them moving Apprentice to BBC Two.
