If it is Tom coming back as a helper for a finalist, he will be either talking about Melody or Natasha as they have worked the most with him.

If Sugar was looking for replacements for the Nick and Margaret/Karren's positions then Tom and Helen would be perfect, but as a possible business partner, not really.

'Shortlist' magazine (where the candidates went first of all to go through ideas in tonight's episode) is on Emerald Street - I recognised it from the shots. I must have missed the rest of the candidates! Would explain why both Karren and Nick were there too.

He was - they obviously didn't show it. I'm pretty certain that what I saw being filmed was linked in with tonight's episode - Tom was wearing the same suit as he was wearing in the episode as was Helen. As someone said before it might be something that they will show in a 'Youre Fired!' episode later on (if at all).

This episode was shot around the middle of October 2010.
