Samsung UE37D5520 37". Smart Logo not going away please help
Wondering if anyone can help. I have currently brought an excellent LED TV and while the features are neat but for the life of me I can not get the smart logo going down the left side the screen to go away.
Using the Tv remove it goes away but as soon as I am not doing anything it reappears. Thought it could be the PS3 but it does the same thing on the Sky HD box. I can't find the option any where to stop this logo from appearing. Anyone have any ideas? I would be most grateful. |

This from the manual for the 5520RK:
If the TV is in the Store Demo mode, it will reset audio and picture settings every 30 minutes. Change the settings from Store Demo mode to Home Use mode in the Plug & Play (Initial setup) procedure. Press the SOURCE button to select TV mode, and go to MENU → System → Plug & Play (Initial setup) → ENTER. |
