My Toshiba just went Greyscale
Hello I recently bougt a new Toshiba TV, and tonight its flicked from colour to Black & White, cant find how to undo it any suggestions.
I was watching E4+1 on my Freeview PVR, when the show finished I turned the TV off and walked away, 10 minutes later I turned the TV back on, and now its ALL in black & white, by that I mean, all TV & menus are now greyscale, any suggestions? |

Common problem with Vestel based TV's (still waiting for a solution for this). Turn the set off at the mains (not standby) for a few minutes the power up again.
Whats the model number of the set? Toshiba also using Vestel chassis again?

yep turning it off at the plug did it, didnt do that before, as my PVR was recording what I would have been watching, and I wasnt sure which plug was for the TV and which one was for the PVR.
Its a Toshiba 22DV500, takes ages to switch on. |
