Hi, can anyone help me.

I've just bought a new BTCellnet phone (Nokia 8210) and have found the reception in my town is really poor. Their website states very good coverage for my area but at work I get a very low signal and when people phone I can hear them but they can't hear me.

Does anyone know how to find out where the transmitters are actually placed? I'm trying to figure out with the reception is so poor. My old Vodafone gets a 100% signal which is rather annoying.

Many thanks

Richard

I use to have a BT cellnet mobile and i found the genaeral call quality is not as near as good as Vodafone.

Concrete buildigs that have metal steel rods reinforcing the building will affect signal wuality, so if there are some near your house then this may affect the signal.
