A question about using Facebook on my phone
I'd like to use the Facebook Check In feature on my phone but I'm having a bit of bother setting it up. According to Facebook, I need to do this:
"To access Places go to the home screen of your Facebook app and tap Places" The problem is that when I go to my Facebook application on my phone, I don't seem to have the Places option available. I have 6 icons - which are: News Feed, Friends, Photos, Inbox, Profile & Notifications. Any idea how I find "Places"? Thanks.

Since I posted this thread, I've done a bit of digging and I came across touch.facebook.com which lets me do use "Places". I certainly couldn't get it via the Facebook app which was installed but I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong. |

when I first had my Wildfire I started to use the Facebook Check In and then four square. It took me a month to think why on earth am I doing that, why do I want people to know where I am?
I don't use them now and also turned location off after having a phone call from a friend of mine saying that she knew where I was. |
