How can i update Android Market place? |

How can i update Android Market place?
My wife has the same phone to me(HTC Wildfire) and see her Market Place looks more up to date then mine.
on Hers the Version number for Market place is 2.3.6 but on mine its 2.12 so how can i update my Market so i have the same as hers? hers was bought from 3 and mine is on o2. we both have android 2.2 |

Go to the market place on your phone then 'my apps' then see what updates are available. (I am already at 2.3.6)
edit: OK, that is a silent update according to the link above. |

I had to wipe my phone and then sign back into google account to get the latest update for the market. Once signed in it downloaded all my contacts and apps back to the phone as I've got mine stored with google.
