I'd be interested to see where she goes with it...but the leaked material was atrocious, and everyone has forgotten about her...imo she has left it a little too late to capitalise on the extra press...plus there is a general bad feeling towards her from many who believe she was a bully and was partly responsible for the million line-up changes the Sugababes had...

Good luck to her, but I'm interested to see whether anyone else is really genuinely excited for this...

I'm looking forward to hearing some new material form her. I think fearless was alright from the songs that leaked, but I 'm not judging any of her future material from those leaked songs. Although some might not like her and think she a bitch regarding the whole Sugababes thing, there seems be the same amount of people, if not more, who wish the 'original' line up was back together and say the Sugababes truly ended one she left. So she still has a lot of people who still like her.

It does seem she has left it a long time to release some solo stuff, so there might be a problem there. I hope she does well though and I'm interested in hearing what she'll come up with.

I won't say anymore on the subject - I don't like bullies and she got special treatment because of who she was

I didn't care about the whole Sugababes fallout so don't have any hostility towards Keisha . I hope it's good but am not excited in the least. Gimme Pressure sounds OK.

Anyway I dont think her voice works on its own I loved it alongside two other girls in the Sugababes but she is no solo star at all.

Tbh I agree she's left it a bit late. I haven't even bothered to listen to any of the leaked tracks and that's coming from someone who was on Keisha's side when she was ousted..

I can't believe it's taken nearly two years for her to even release a single.. If she is still signed to Island (I'm not sure if she is because I've heard rumours that she isn't but nothing anywhere to confirm it), it doesn't come across as a coincidence that her solo career is kicking up as Sugababes sign to Sony and have a well received(?) new track in Freedom..

I think she could do good, but she would have done a hell of a lot better to release at least something when her Sugababes axing was all over the press..

I actually liked Mutya's stuff - it just needed to be mixed better - and promoted better

If we go off past girl band members, Victoria Beckham, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Mutya Buena, Michelle Williams, the original Destiny's Child members, it doesn't look great does it?

I think she did the right thing after leaving, made a few statements on twitter and let it go but she should have used the situation to her advantage and not released music at a point where interest in SUGABABES is rising, maybe slowly, but still rising..

Edit: Seriously, over a year and a half has passed and we are still calling them Sugafakes and Splendababes..! Do people really have so little going on in their lives that the line-up of a girl group has no original members..?

I loved her, don't really like the Sugababes now she has gone. I can't stand Amelle, I don't think there was any bullying (was it ever confirmed). So I hope she is really successful.

She hasn't got a hope in well. Her voice on its own isn't radio friendly and her attitude stinks.

The first single may go top 10 but everything after will bomb.

The Sugababes meanwhile will probably hit number 1 with Freedom and have a hugely succesful comeback. The hype is already there for them and people seem genuinly excited for them. For Keisha its like 'who'? so that says it all.

The ARE the SUGABABES whether people like it or not.
