Equally, the Doctor "died" in Turn Left, was believed to be dead in The Death of the Doctor (funnily enough), Rose was declared dead, Caan prophesied death for the Doctor's most faithful companion - and Jack's died more times in Who than Rory ever has, never mind Torchwood.
