In the same way that last years highlight was Dame Mountford dismantling Baggs, surely the highlight of this season has to be Her Majesty taking down Jedi Jim.

Hadn't thought of it, but now you've mentioned it, it is a prospect to make your mouth water.

Does anyone think he's being allowed to stay just for this?

Is Margaret doing the interviews this year again? If so, excellent!

Margaret will raise her eyebrow and rip him apart as Jim tries to cash in on the Ulster link
![]() I used to like Jim, but his nasty attack on Susan last night has made me realise he is a real piece of work. To get on in business there is no need to do that. Never burn bridges on the way up as you may need that person on the way down. |

A wise man once said "Be careful of the toes you step on on the way up, because they'll be attached to the asses of the ones you kiss on the way down." |

You shoved two completely different sayings together there haven't you?
I am rather unique with my own style ..... works for me though as I employ 20 people, usually with little argy bargy

I'd like Jim to take on one of the other - insufferably arrogant - interviewers and take them down a peg or two.... but even if that happens, the edit won't show it.

I suspect Jim has been kept in the process for that very reason.

As someone mentioned in another thread, will there even be an interview stage seeing as they're going to be partner and working with Sugar and not for him.
I presumed there would be an interview stage though. I would like there to be one because I would look forward to the thorough disection of Jim, Susan, Melody, Zoe and Tom's CV's in particular. Leon and Natasha I couldn't give two hoots about. I would particulalry like to know what it is about Zoe and Susan that has kept them from both times that they were in the boardroom. |

I'd like to see Jim, Susan, Melody and Natasha get to the interviews.
Plenty of Jim's stares O_O , Susie's "that's so unfair", Melody's name-dropping and Natasha's 'bla bla bla bla, yeah, bla bla bla bla, yeah' Not really bothered about the rest. Watching Leon and Tom with their nervous giggling and sweating could be fun in a rather cruel way. Plus I would actually like to see how Zoe's patronising tone comes across, she really needs to be criticized for it. ![]() Helen's would probably be the least amusing I think. Or maybe she'll crack under the pressure and suddenly go crazy and start arguing with the interviewer. Nope? Just in my head then.

He's already discovered that Susan can bite! He was quite unable to control her in the boardroom and just made a bit of a plonker of himself when he tried to patronise her. And I think the others have got his measure now. |
