Wow, another one. And here i was thinking i was alone.

I suspect I have summed up a lot of people's thoughts, but I still hated saying it. It's as though there was a natural cycle leading up to the show, after which the passion could not be maintained.

Its feels a bit disloyal to Danielle to say it but at least we still support her its just atm its like supporting someone invisable we have no real fan connections, info sites or updates. I guess thats the worst thing about supporting a theatre star, we will only see her if we go to the show and then its just the same thing we seen before and its not affordale to most

I just wanted to go on the record because I've read this thread now and wanted to share what I think about the whole issue of this thread, the forum and supporting Danielle.

1. What Sonny said about this page being a chat thread and the forum being the source for serious discussion about Danielle--I think that's great. I hope that you will still check the forum and post on the topics we have there. I'm keeping it up to date with the latest information as I receive it. I am still in touch with Danielle and she will be answering the questions we have as she is able to do so.

2. It's perfectly normal for fans to "cycle" in their interest in particular performers. I don't think you should feel bad if you are not as enthusiastic as you used to be, which leads me to

3. I do hope that you won't blame any of this waning interest on Danielle herself. We have to remember that she is a) very much in demand b) an introvert and c) a kid. Technically she is an adult, but 19 is very young to be in the middle of all this fan interest, especially as suddenly as it was for her, and I don't blame her for backing off at times. She is obviously very flattered at the attention, but she is only one person and there is just so much of her time she can devote to fans. She is not going to be as outgoing as some other performers are with their fans, but she really does appreciate us. She has a life, and she has a right to enjoy it without being answerable to the fans all the time.

4. The forum will be here to be the resource for fans for information and discussion about Danielle, but we also have other off-topic threads and I hope people will feel free to post there as well.

5. I also (echoing Sonny earlier in the thread) hope that this thread and the forum can continue to have a mutually supportive relationship.
