Price of shots
It's my 18th soon, and I know shots can vary a lot in price depending on what they are, and the area, etc, but can someone tell me whats about average for a shot of vodka, and a shot of tequila?

There isn't really an average price and they can differ greatly. I've paid over a fiver for a single vodka and coke before and at other points a quid for a shot of tequilla. One place I go even charges £1.80 for a double vodka and coke. Some places do low alcohol shots for like a quid, or 5 for £5. So it depends on where you're going.

If you by shorts and mixers then you could get away with cheap drinks at Wetherspoons and other pubs with offers to compete.
Shots are different though. Some bars do cheap shots. Sourz, corkys, mickey finns etc. along with aftershocks and sambucas etc. Tequilla is one of the more high end shots. |
