Seeing Christian with the paper in the cafe made me wonder if he’d been banished to forever use their loo now.

I adored the cafe tiff...it was just so couply and cute, bickering to love shack with Syed dressed like Alladdin ... ‘c’mon what is it?’...’just don’t ask’.... pout

I’m enjoying the Carole / Eddie parts too (and Liam)
Tam and Afia at the window was cute then Darren looking on wearing his scarf wrong and laughing at Tam getting it in the ear from Zainab but then it was his turn! “Get off my wall!!”

Christian turning up was a lovely moment and Syed’s reaction.

I did giggle at Syed’s enthusiasm and shout of ‘This way!!!’ yes, because if they’d gone the other way they’d have ended up bunched up in the kitchen and would have missed the party. It was just lovely seeing him so happy to be involved and most especially when Christian turned up too.

They seemed to, not exactly freeze the moment, but stay on it he re...it just felt special...another step...lots of underlying tension and things unresolved but even so. It made me catch my breath as the scarf went up with Syed and Christian there together and the shot held a bit amidst the drumming and colour and liveliness.
I thought the boys dancing was brilliant!! The spinning was fab...Fatboy’s face made me laugh. Syed spinning through the shot when Yusef and Zainab were talking (was that significant?) Syed’s thrusting! I do that in my workout...sort of, not as good as Syed, he was the champion thruster and no mistake.:sleep:

The dancing through treacle only someone forgot the treacle was highly hilarious.

I liked Lauren’s discomfort with the dancing...I’ve warmed to her a lot now as a character. Although she nearly killed Syed with her bum thrust...what a way to go though. He looked so funny giggling on the floor.

Watching them all dancing, Christian right in there too, was brilliant and almost made you wish they’d forget the drama and let them have a good time. And then Syed and Christian just go home together. But hey!

Special mentions to Fatty boy! And Phil and Shirley’s’ un pc ‘ness too.
LOL at Syed’s purple were they Van’s...my son has a black pair...I think they’d have looked better... and I love purple.

And Nitin was fab on TM except Phillip???? 30 years you are just taking the p now mate!

QFT. The moments with the boys, especially later on in the ep, were lovely. It was was just so wonderful to see them both being included in something like that. You could see how much it meant to them both.

Me too...I really loved the spinning and the first part too and then we got the funny bits...it's a gem of a scene..I'm planning to wear it out watching...except I have to dash so laters!!

It was a choreographed dance which was meant to be fun and happy and a bit silly, so it didn't make me cringe at all. It made me smile. When it's unchoreographed - like JP's eratic hip thrusts (and not in a good way) - I want to die a little.

I'm with you on the announcement. Even a die hard JP/Christian lover like yourself must have found that hard to see sexually. Have you managed to fancy him since?

It's not just males who talk about their toilet habits, I have a female friends who seems to think sharing is caring in that department

Can anyone tell me what Fattyboy says when he's introducing Syed for the dance? I can't make it out. (re-watching on youtube)

Also, I always laugh at 'yeti' guy with the hair, in the background when the girls are dancing.

Is it me or is Syed/Marc's timing during the dance completely out of whack with the other boys.
