Unfortunately, the bad news is that his condition hasn't improved and he may not get a liver in time. Later, once Phil is back home, his family are shocked as he starts to feel that he's undeserving of a new liver anyway and begins to give up hope. When Louise tries to lift Phil's spirits with a special surprise, her efforts backfire as they don't go down as well as she expected. No one saw that coming of course. Why are Louise and shakil suddenly in the show, maybe someone realised they both had a stage school background
