Exactly, I find it very disappointing that the storyline of Kirsty abusing Tyrone could not have been worked through properly and more thoroughly. Yet another affair :yawn: which did not need to have happened.

I wish Fizz and Tyrone had chose to fight their feelings for each other and continued being close friends. I think more viewers would have been behind them and want them to get together at the end of the DV storyline. I find it strange that Tyrone was adamant that he will do anything to keep his daughter in his life, even stay with a woman he no longer loves and put up with the beatings, the abuse, all for Ruby but then he goes and does the very thing that he knows could ruin everything. Everything he has been through could all have been for nothing.

The wedding is in a few weeks time, all Tyrone and Fizz had to do was wait but it looks like their passion and desire for each other wouldn't allow them to wait that long.

I've put spoiler tags around this week's overview because it is clear even from the brief descriptions what will happen with regards to the week's main plot.

Everything seems picture perfect for now, but with Kylie expecting a baby that might be Nick's, it's clear that the wedding might not be happily ever after in the long-run…

I am sick and tired of Owen giving his warnings and bullying Tina. In a way I hope she would miscarry this baby, and the cause would be Owen causing stress and harassment toward her.

I may be alone here, but I wish Tina and Tommy would reunite, they suit each other, and I'd like to see them happy for a while.

Well, at least both Leanne and Nick look very happy on their wedding day. I have no high expectations of long-term happiness for them sadly.

I give them less than a year. As soon as Leanne finds out about the baby, I'm 99% sure going by the writing, Peter and Leanne will reunite, Carla will probably see them kiss and..

Hopefully that'll be the end of love square, even if it is predictable and boring.

Presumably, Kirsty and Ty get hitched, then Ty does a runner, and Kirsty accuses him of abduction. Does this mean that Kirsty's actions are going to be out in the open? With Fiz,Tommy and Tina all knowing the truth and Fiz with the pictoral evidence, surely Kirsty's days must be numbered?

Didn't Anna adopt Faye, rather than foster? Wouldn't that mean her father has no parental rights?

ITV has confirmed that the actress, who has played Hayley Cropper for 15 years, will leave to explore new projects.

I would guess her abuse of Tyrone would get exposed eventually. Perhaps after Kirsty accuses him of abduction, he will reveal information about the abuse. It's interesting that other soaps who did female to male abuse concentrated on the embarrassment the man feels which causes him to not want to reveal it, but perhaps Tyrone is beyond that now.

Kirsty Soames will turn the tables on Tyrone Dobbs by formally accusing him of domestic violence.

During a major row at their family home, violent Kirsty goes to hit Tyrone at the top of the stairs but loses her footing and falls.

Badly injured, Kirsty is rushed to hospital but then uses the situation to her advantage, claiming that Tyrone is an abusive partner.

Poor Tyrone. What will be (hopefully) interesting to watch, and classic of so many soap/life storylines is the involvement of outsiders, who heard something and now that this accusation is revealed, immediately marry the two together and perhaps create a partially false memory.
