Her last Christmas? Tyrone's very pessimistic about poor Orp's chances isn't he?
I wonder if it will be the same disastrous news from Rob which rocks the Connors and Tracy's new chap. I can't imagine what it might be, "Tyrone decides to bring a winter wonderland to ill daughter Hope when he realises he can't afford to take her to Lapland in a bid to make her last Christmas the best day of her life." Metro's version: "When Tyrone is unable to afford a trip to Lapland, he decides to bring a winter wonderland to Weatherfield for ill Hope, in a bid to make what could be her last Christmas the best day of her life." |

Sarah Platt is to find a new confidante in kind hearted vicar Billy Mayhew in coming scenes – but how much information surrounding the death of Callum Logan will the vulnerable local divulge? Sarah has been struggling the most in the wake of Kylie killing Callum in their home and when Billy offers an ear to her problems, she becomes tempted to unload everything off of her mind. The pressure increases on the Platts as the police call round asking where Callum might be as he has skipped bail. As both Kylie and Sarah begin to wonder if confessing might be the way forward, the secret is hanging by a thread. Noticing Sarah snap at Todd in the street, a concerned Billy follows her and, noticing how distressed she is, points out it’s his job to listen and reminds her that anything she tells him will be in strictest confidence. Sarah explains about Callum’s blackmail and controlling behaviour and, as she admits that things got out of hand, he encourages her to go to the police. Will she take his advice – and how much is she about to reveal to him? |

Fiz and Tyrone do their best to remain upbeat knowing that it's Hope's hospital appointment today. At the hospital, the consultant tells them that Hope's cancer hasn't spread; she needs chemo but has an 80% chance of recovery. Back at home, Maria calls round with some toys for Hope and Mary drops in with a lasagne. Tyrone and Fiz are moved by their show of support. Desperate to have the building work in the annexe finished, Kylie announces to Jason, Gary and Tony that she's going to spend the day helping them. In the Rovers, Todd and Tony quiz Sarah, wondering if she's seen Callum. Worried that Sarah might crack under the pressure, David steps in and tells them that Callum's gone to ground and nobody has seen him. Back at home, Kylie stares at the concrete floor covering the body and breaks down in David's arms, lamenting that they'll never be free of Callum since he'll be in their house forever. Ken suggests it would be good for Amy to learn a musical instrument. Amy tells Robert she's prepared to learn the violin to keep Grandad happy but winds Ken and Tracy up by pretending she wants to learn the drums. When Jamie reminds Luke it's their big race day tomorrow, Luke tells him to pipe down because he doesn't want Maria to find out that he's racing. Friday 16th October 2015 7:30 When Billy witnesses Sarah snapping at Todd, he's concerned about her. Todd explains to Billy how he and Sarah have history. When Billy approaches, Sarah panics. Meanwhile, the police call at No.8 and quiz David, Kylie and Sarah about Callum's whereabouts, explaining that he's skipped bail. David assures them they'll be in touch if they hear anything while Kylie and Sarah struggle to contain their fear. Consumed with guilt, Kylie and Sarah wonder if they'd be better off confessing all to the police but David insists they stick to their story. Johnny and Kate start work at the factory. Kate's unimpressed to find she's working with Kirk in packing. Determined to make the best of things, Carla shows Johnny the order books. Convinced Kate fancies Kirk, Beth calls her a hussy and tells her to keep her hands to herself. Fiz and Tyrone wait nervously in the hospital while Hope has her operation. They're touched when Sinead visits with a Thunderbirds costume she's made. When Norris spots Luke and Jamie setting off with Luke's car in tow, he lets slip to Maria that he saw them heading out with the track car. Maria is furious, realising she's been lied to. Ken buys a violin for Amy before giving Amy her first violin lesson. Tracy and Robert listen to the racket fondly. 8:30 Hurrying after Sarah, Billy assures her that as a vicar, his job is to listen and whatever she tells him is in the strictest confidence. Sarah starts to open up to Billy, revealing how her boyfriend threatened her and things got out of hand. Billy encourages her to go to the police. Will Sarah make a full confession? Kate continues to wind Beth up and when she squeezes Kirk's biceps, it's the final straw for Beth who flies at Kate. Carla wades in and separates the brawling women. Carla and Johnny berate Kate for causing trouble and insist she apologises to Beth. Kate buys Beth and Kirk a drink and explains that she was only having a laugh with Kirk and that she's soon to marry her girlfriend Caz. After Luke and Jamie return from the track race, Maria strides over and confronts Luke, telling him she knows he lied to her and knows he's been racing. Maria gives Luke an ultimatum, he has to choose between her and his racing. Tracy persuades Ken that Amy needs proper lessons from a qualified violin teacher. http://www.corrie.net/kabin/gazette.html |

I know there is a thread on this but I will post it on here anyway.
Coronation Street's Ryan Thomas is quitting the soap Ryan Thomas has announced he will be leaving Coronation Street next year. The actor has played builder Jason Grimshaw on the ITV soap for 15 years but wants "to pursue new challenges". In a statement, Thomas explained: "It has been a great privilege to be in Coronation Street for the past 15 years. The cast and crew are amongst the best in the business and to have had the chance to be a part of it for so long has been an amazing experience. "The decision to leave was an extremely difficult one but I felt that now was the right time to spread my wings and try other roles. I'm just excited now to see what exit storyline the writers give Jason." http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s3...pqsrcjXhUHb8As |

Jenny Bradley will be manipulative when she returns
Coronation Street boss Stuart Blackburn has teased Jenny Bradley's (Sally Ann Matthews) return to the cobbles. The producer revealed that the character's return after being arrested by police in June won't necessarily mark a change in her personality. "When Rita comes across Jenny, she is very broken and full of guilt," he told The Sun's TV Soap supplement. "Rita still looks on her as a daughter and, despite the protestations from everyone around her, she gives her a roof over her head. "There's a period of healing for Jenny, but bit by bit, as we reboot and rebuild, the Jenny of old, who was manipulative and ambitious, is going to return..." http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s3...pqQ1fvyjn7BS8X |

What has happened to Simon's domestic abuse storyline? Has it fizzled out, as these things do?
I shall miss Ryan Thomas. Jenny and Kevin should be together IMO. |

IMO, Rob shouldn't be returning to the street as yet, he was locked up for Murder wasn't he?
And why keep bringing back dead wood jenny? I think Sarah and brat should do one back to Italy , and the writers of corrie should stop copying what other soaps do, and stop milking every plot ect for what they can, it's borrring |

7:30 Callum's mother Marion calls at Number 8 wanting answers about Callum's whereabouts. Kylie and Sarah conceal their guilt. David soon launches an attack on Marion, calling her son a drug-dealing thug and throwing her out. Kylie and Sarah are shocked. Later, when Billy asks after Sarah, David realises with horror that Sarah has been discussing her problems with the local vicar. Dragging Sarah into the Rovers back yard, David berates her for blabbing to Billy and tells her that if she does it again, he and Kylie will tell the police that she killed Callum and forced them to cover for her. Sarah is stunned by his threat. Meanwhile, Aidan arranges a meeting with a prospective client. Johnny is annoyed to discover it's Matthew Singh, an old friend of his, and resolves to beat Aidan to it. Johnny arrives in the Bistro and is taken aback to find that Matthew is actually the son of the Matthew Singh he knew and that he's taken over his father's business. Matthew demands to see the factory's forecast figures and Johnny realises he's out of his depth. Later, Kate admits to Aidan that Johnny tried to scupper his meeting, only to find that he is dealing with Matthew's son and needs Aidan's help. Will Aidan agree? Elsewhere, determined to put her guilty thoughts behind her, Alya tells Gary that she wants them to get married at Christmas. Gary is thrilled. Also, Maria and Kirk are shocked when they hear that their mother has broken her hip. Maria arranges to fly out to Cyprus immediately. Luke is sympathetic and promises he'll give up track racing. 8:30 David persuades Sarah that she'd be best to move back to Milan, where she can put the whole Callum saga out of her mind and start afresh. Sarah hands her notice in at the pub, telling Michelle that she is returning to Italy as soon as possible. When Sarah breaks the news to Bethany, the teen gets upset and tells Sarah there's no way she's getting on the plane. When Bethany moans to David about Sarah's plans, David tells her that it's for their own safety as Callum has threatened to kill them both. Bethany is scared witless, while Kylie is shocked by David's vehemence. Meanwhile, Aidan joins Matthew and Johnny in the Bistro. Will he manage to rescue the deal and secure a large order? Elsewhere, Alya and Gary discuss their wedding plans with Yasmeen and Sharif. Also, Jamie calls in the garage and tells Luke that he has put him down to race on Saturday. Luke refuses, explaining that he has promised Maria he won't race again. Jamie tells Luke he needs cash from the race to clear his mounting debts. Luke is aghast when Jamie shows him some old photos of a scantily-clad Steph on his phone and threatens to make them public unless Luke cooperates. Wednesday 21st October 2015 Carla, Johnny and Aidan call a meeting with the factory girls and announce that they've secured a huge new order and it's all hands on deck. With Carla out of the way, Johnny takes delivery of some cheaper material from a supplier friend of his. Beth struggles to work with the cheap material and when Johnny tries to help, he only succeeds in breaking her machine. Carla tears a strip off Johnny and Aidan for buying inferior material and risking her reputation. Meanwhile, when Kylie finds out from Sarah how David threatened her by claiming that they'd shop her to the police for murder, Kylie is appalled and assures Sarah she would never do that. Kylie persuades Sarah to have a holiday in Italy to clear her head but to return in a couple of weeks. David is furious with Kylie for meddling in his plans and the couple row. Elsewhere, Anna, Izzy and Alya have a girls' night in. Izzy tells Alya that she's pleased she is marrying Gary as she is a really decent girl. Alya covers her guilt. Also today, when Ken calls in the salon with a radio for Audrey, she is touched and insists on taking him for lunch to say thank you. Finally, Jamie meets up with Luke and reminds him that either he enters the race or Steph's saucy photos will become public knowledge. As Maria leaves for Cyprus, Luke promises her that his racing career is over. But desperate to protect Steph, will Luke give in to Jamie's demands? Friday 23rd October 2015 7:30 When Alya admits to Jason how difficult she is finding it to live with the guilt, Jason snaps that she might be best to tell Gary the truth. Alya is taken aback. Later, as Chesney, Jason, Gary, Kirk and Tyrone head into town, Gary resolves to stick to his promise and not to drink any alcohol. Clearly wound up, Jason picks a fight with a punter in the pub. Chesney and Kirk step in and restrain Jason as Gary demands to know what's the matter with him. Will Jason spill? Meanwhile, with Johnny and Aidan out meeting a client, Carla offers a chuffed Eva her old job back at the factory. When a despondent Johnny and Aidan return from the meeting having failed to strike a deal, Aidan is furious to hear that Carla has been hiring behind his back. Elsewhere, Tyrone struggles to relax on the lads' night out as Hope had her first chemo session today. Tyrone makes his excuses and heads home. Also, Kate is bemused when a guilt-ridden Alya won't be drawn on discussing her wedding plans. 8:30 Jason reins in his temper. Masking his guilt, he tells the lads that he's heading home. At the same time, as Yasmeen enthuses about wedding venues, Alya snaps at her. Zeedan can sense Alya is hiding something but she refuses to be drawn. The lads arrive back and Alya is sickened to hear how their evening came to an abrupt end when Jason and Gary had some kind of altercation. Concerned about his mate, Gary heads over to Jason's. He pours his heart out to Jason and tells him how much he loves Alya and how she has brought out the best in him. Worried sick, Alya calls at Number 11 to find Jason and Gary putting the world to rights. Deeply unsettled, Alya suggests to Gary that they should run away together and marry in secret. Will her attitude spark suspicion in Gary? Meanwhile, Fiz is surprised to see Tyrone back so early. Tyrone explains how he just wanted to be with his family and Fiz is touched. When Tyrone promises Hope that she can visit Santa in Lapland at Christmas, Fiz berates him and points out that Hope is too sick to travel. Elsewhere, Eva is upset when Aidan tells her that if she wants a job she'll need to attend an interview and go through the proper channels. Clearly wound up, Eva approaches Aidan in The Rovers and demands he interviews her. Will Aidan give Eva the job? Also, as David and Kylie put the finishing touches to Gail's new room, Kylie breaks down, hating herself in the knowledge she murdered Callum. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s3...pqZUgfoAhYif4z |

Another pregnancy plot?
![]() ![]() http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s3...priTiYkgAarp5M Things could be about to get complicated for Sarah Platt on Coronation Street, after it was revealed that she might be pregnant with Callum Logan's baby. Callum was killed by Kylie Platt during the live episode back in September, but his legacy on the cobbles could be set to continue, The Mirror reports. An ITV insider reportedly said: "It is a great twist by Corrie bosses. Sarah will be left with a heartbreaking dilemma about whether or not to keep evil Callum's baby. "The decision threatens to tear the Platt family apart as they are already struggling to cope with keeping Callum's death a secret and now have this bombshell." The aftermath of Callum's death will continue to dominate Coronation Street for the next few months following the jaw-dropping live episode. --- It wouldn't exactly call it a "great twist". Sarah managed all these years in Milan (and was apparently in numerous relationships) without getting pregnant, but surprise surprise in Weatherfield she falls pregnant to Callum instantly. |

Monday 26th October 2015
7:30 Kevin cracks the whip as he shows Tyrone and Luke the fleet of cars parked outside the garage which all need servicing. Having broken one of Hope's toys that morning, Tyrone seizes the opportunity to swing by the toy shop when a motorway breakdown comes in. When Hope is taken ill and Fiz is unable to get hold of Tyrone, she heads off in an ambulance and asks Kevin to let Tyrone know what has happened. Tyrone returns to the garage and is shocked to hear Hope has taken a turn for the worse. Meanwhile, when Gary quizzes Alya about her plan to elope, Alya backs down and makes out that she is just nervous about the wedding. Sharif and Yasmeen call at the Windass flat and announce that they'd like to make Gary a partner in the gym. Gary is stunned at their generosity. Elsewhere, Ken calls in the salon for a trim and his growing affection for Audrey is evident. As Ken pays for his haircut, he persuades Audrey to meet him for a drink later. Also, feeling taken for granted by Dev, Mary seeks some escapism in a magazine about the supernatural. 8:30 Unable to find a parking space, Tyrone abandons the tow truck in front of the hospital entrance and dashes in. Fiz explains to Tyrone that Hope has got an infection and has to stay in overnight. Tyrone is horrified to discover the truck has been towed away and it'll cost £300 to get it back from the pound. As Tyrone returns home for Hope's overnight things, Kevin calls and tells Tyrone that after explaining Hope's situation, the towing company waived the fee and returned the truck. Back at the hospital, Tyrone tries to assure Fiz they will get through this together. Meanwhile, Sharif and Yasmeen invite Gary and Anna for dinner to celebrate Gary's new job. Gary, Alya, Anna and Zeedan gather at Number 6, where Sharif and Yasmeen announce that Gary is joining the family business. Alya paints on a smile whilst masking her guilt. Elsewhere, Ken confides in Audrey about how he wishes he'd been a better husband. Audrey is sympathetic, while Ken confides in Steve about how much he values Audrey's friendship. Also, Mary laments to Rita, Norris and Emily that she is suffering from ennui - her life lacks excitement and she wishes she had friends her own age. Finally, realising her dad is struggling with his increased workload, Sophie helps Kevin out in the office. Wednesday 28th October 2015 When Tyrone presents Hope with a lovely new doll, Fiz is concerned that they're spending too much money. Tyrone admits to Kevin that he's in financial straits as he never got round to cancelling the Lapland trip which he can ill afford. Kevin offers to lend him some money, but Tyrone insists that he'll sort out his own mess. At the same time, Sophie suggests to Kevin that with his ever-increasing workload, he should look for bigger premises locally. Meanwhile, as Izzy and Eva quiz Alya about her wedding plans, Alya can no longer suppress her mounting anxiety and flees from the factory. At home, Yasmeen shows Alya her mother's wedding dress, suggesting that she might like to wear it at her own wedding. In tears, Alya tells Sinead that for her marriage to work, she has to be honest with Gary and tell him the truth about her one-night stand with Jason. Elsewhere, Ken invites Audrey round for dinner. Worried about what people will think, Audrey wonders who else will be there and Ken is forced to invite Roy and Cathy too. However, when Rita comments on how much time Audrey is spending with Ken lately, Audrey's fears are heightened. Will she cancel their date? Also today, at Cathy's suggestion, Mary decides to write a book about her life but will her friends show any interest? Finally, Eva gives Aidan short shrift when he tries to chat her up in the factory, while Kate and Sophie nearly come to blows over Kevin's cars blocking the factory entrance. Thursday 29th October 2015 8:00 As Gary and Jason set off to work, Gary tells Jason that he's going to have to quit his job as Sharif has given him a stake in the gym. Alya is horrified to discover that Gary has signed the contract for the gym and has also asked Jason to be his best man. With her anxiety evident, Alya drags Gary into Number 6 and confesses that she's had sex with someone else. Deeply shocked, Gary asks Alya who it was... Meanwhile, as Cathy hosts an art class at the community centre, her sister Nessa arrives in a state and tells her that her son Alex has gone missing. Ken and Audrey feel for her and offer to help in the search. As Nessa thanks Ken and Audrey for their help, Audrey is quick to explain that they're not a couple. Ken is quietly disappointed but Nessa seems pleased. Elsewhere, as Norris, Rita and Mary dress the Kabin for Halloween, Norris complains that the delivery of The Inexplicable is overdue again. When the magazine's editor Brendan calls in the Kabin with a batch of the latest edition, he berates Norris for his rude phone call and Mary is clearly smitten. Also today, Sophie trawls the internet looking for garage premises for Kevin. Kevin is impressed at her business sense and Sophie suggests he should give her a job. Finally, when Tyrone and Fiz dress Hope and Ruby in their Halloween costumes, Hope insists they should dress up too. Tyrone is quick to oblige! Friday 30th October 2015 7:00 In tears, Alya assures Gary that she loves him and that's why she had to tell him the truth. Alya tries to explain to Gary how she was grieving for her dad, she got drunk and had sex but it was all a terrible mistake. As Yasmeen, Sharif and Zeedan head home, they're shocked to see Alya in floods of tears being pursued by an angry Gary. When Gary reveals that Alya has had sex and it wasn't with him, the Nazirs are horrified and stare at Alya in disbelief. Lashing out, Gary accuses Aidan of sleeping with Alya, but will Jason step up and admit it was him? At the same time, Alya returns home to face the music. Meanwhile, Ken and Audrey find Alex enjoying a drink in The Rovers. Ken quickly phones Roy. Nessa arrives in he Rovers, relieved to see Alex alive and well. Roy chats to Alex and makes him see how much he worried his mum by staying out all night. Nessa thanks Ken for all his help and it's clear she fancies him. Audrey bristles, while Alex apologises to mum Nessa. Elsewhere, Mary swoons over Brendan, telling him how she has every issue of his magazine bar one. Brendan promises to try and track it down for her, as Rita and Norris roll their eyes. When Brendan returns and hands Mary her missing copy of The Inexplicable, she's thrilled. Also today, Sophie finds the perfect garage premises for Kevin to buy. Kevin is concerned at the price but Sophie insists it'll be worth it. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s3...pqZUgfoAhYif4z |

Rev. Billy's harrassment of Sarah is criminal, even more so as he is a man of the cloth. She has told him to leave her alone; now she should report him to his bishop.
