She is just as worse than him, and she is a grown adult.

Looks terrible to be honest, a majority of the characters are unlikable so I don't care for their situations.

I agree callum, it looks like an awful week to me too.

Simon Barlow to violently attack Amy at Christmas 2015

Amy refuses to stay silent about the attack, telling her mum Tracy Barlow about Simon’s violent behaviour.

What will Tracy do about her daughter’s attacker? And will the Barlow family be able to handle the fallout?

It seems as if the answer to the latter is a resounding ‘no’.

I don't care for what happens to Amy. She is just an annoying brat now and comes across fake in the way she currently acts.

This should be payback for the way she was nasty to Simon last year when Peter got locked up.

FFS the last thing we need is another secret parent story.

Also Johnny confiding in Liz, oh great they'll be shagging then, had guessed that anyway.

Lol, then it will turn out Johnny has a secret wife or girlfriend elsewhere, Liz will shriek and throw him out the Rovers while Michelle stands behind the bar with arms folded. We will cut to the next episode with Liz out of makeup and in dressing gown at the table saying she can't trust a bloke again, until an episode later another man catches her eye.

I hope Tracey shows Simon no mercy. He is absolutely horrible at the moment and needs to come up against someone he can't manipulate or make feel guilty.

I'm not impressed by Johnny 'the pointless pratt' Connor so far. There's something about the way he acts and talks - like he can hardly sum up the energy or really be bothered - that really irritates me. I know that he can only work with the scripts he's given, but every scene he's been in has been rubbish imo.

I hope when the secret comes out Johnny feels he has to leave Weatherfield and never return.

Of course she won't, this is the remorseless killer who indirectly caused a fire and shows hardly any guilt for her past actions or learns from her mistakes.

I don't care if it is her daughter (who she barely has any time for), Tracy won't have a right having a go at Simon seeing as she is a grown woman nearing 40, who still lives with her dad and still enjoys playing mind games or manipulating for no reason.

And I don't care whether Tracy has the right or not - I still want her to come down on him like a ton of bricks

She would certainly be within her rights to have the little beast charged with assault, and, much as I'd really love her to dangle him out of a high window by his feet, that'd do me

Tensions run high at No.1 as Simon and Amy continue to wind each other up. Ken is shaken when an irate Simon shouts that nobody wants him anymore. Robert steps in and chats to Simon about his own childhood, making him see he's lucky to have Leanne. Simon breaks down as Robert hugs him. But when Simon spots a relaxed Leanne returning from a shopping trip, his mood instantly darkens. Alone in the house doing their homework, Amy and Simon row. Amy makes to phone Tracy but Simon snatches her mobile and throws her against a wall.

Jamie phones Luke to finalise arrangements for the race today. When he collects him from the garage, Sophie is aghast to realise where he's going and guiltily informs Steph that Luke's competing in an illegal race. Steph and Andy set off in hot pursuit. Arriving at the track, they're horrified to see Luke behind the wheel.

When Izzy drops her shopping in the street, Jake runs off while she's distracted. Alya catches Jake and Izzy is grudgingly grateful. But when Alya ruefully suggests that Gary might have been better off sticking with Izzy, Izzy is offended and Alya beats a hasty retreat.

Dev offers to help Erica settle into the shop flat. Mary's concerned that Dev getting involved with another woman will unsettle the twins. Dev assures her he has no designs on Erica but Mary's unconvinced.

8:30

Ken, Nessa and Tracy enter No.1 to find Amy fending off Simon. Amy reveals that Simon hit her. Tracy is incensed and goes looking for Leanne. Leanne arrives to question Simon but he shows no remorse and Eva forces Leanne to admit how Simon's physically abused her for months. Ken, Tracy and Robert are stunned as Leanne breaks down, pouring her heart out to the Barlows. Ken is full of sympathy but how will Tracy respond to Leanne's revelation? Simon moves back home and Leanne vows she won't give up on him.

Trackside, Steph watches Luke in anguish. He wins the race and Jamie rejoices as he collects his winnings but Steph's furious. Driving home, Luke confesses he only raced because Jamie blackmailed him using nude photos of her. Steph is sickened. She confronts Jamie, ordering him to delete the photos, but Jamie has more debts and wants Luke to continue. Luke urges Steph to tell Andy about Jamie but she's too afraid of losing him.

Yasmeen's annoyed that Sharif continues to give Alya the silent treatment. But when Alya bursts into tears upon learning that Gary's coming home, Sharif's hostility evaporates as he comforts her.

Mary looks on disapprovingly as Dev flirts with Erica over a drink in the Rovers. When Mary explains her concern for Aadi and Asha, will Erica allay her fears?

Wednesday 25 November 2015

Leanne calls at No.1 and reveals she's taking Simon to a therapist. Tracy is scornful, clearly jealous of Robert's friendship with Leanne and Robert is disgusted. Tracy gets dolled up to sit in the Bistro, hoping to win Robert's forgiveness. But when Tracy spots Leanne talking to Robert, she flies into a jealous rage, laying into Leanne and calling Simon a thug. Robert's furious and, telling her she's gone too far, throws her out.

Gary arrives back on the street. Zeedan and Sharif are shocked when he turns up in the gym and makes it clear he's still a partner in the business and intends to stay involved. Sharif points out that Gary's share of the gym was a wedding present, but Gary argues he signed on the dotted line and needs the income to provide for Jake.

Andy suspects that Steph and Luke are hiding something from him concerning the race. Luke urges Steph to come clean. Meanwhile, Steph summons Jamie and implores him not to tarnish their past relationship by publishing the photos. Spotting them together, Luke steams in and threatens Jamie.

Mary goes UFO spotting with Brendan for the night, so Dev invites Erica round to watch TV. Erica mistrusts Dev's motives but Dev assures her he's not planning a seduction. Dev ribs Erica for assuming he fancied her and Erica teases Dev about his own vanity and they begin to warm to each other.

Thursday 26 November 2015 8PM

Eva bumps into Gary and commiserates over Jason and Alya's betrayal. Jason walks in as Eva gives Gary a hug and warns Gary off Eva. Jason is pleased when Eva agrees to join him for a night out in town, just as friends. But when Jason warns Eva that Gary's using her to get back at him, Eva accuses Jason of paranoia.

Tracy's angry when Robert stays out all night and switches off his phone. Tracy calls in at the Bistro and apologises to Robert and begs him to come home. Meanwhile, Simon apologises to Amy but Tracy's unimpressed and insults Leanne. Leanne bites back. Robert gives Tracy a piece of his mind. Humiliated, Tracy collars Leanne in the street and orders her to stay away from Robert or else.

When Andy catches Steph and Luke in a heated exchange with Jamie, he angrily demands an explanation from Steph. How will Andy react when Steph reveals Jamie's blackmail? Steph meets Jamie in the Rovers. When he refuses to back down and let Luke off the race, Steph challenges him to do his worst. Fixing her with a stare, will Jamie call her bluff?

Alya feels guilty as Sharif faces an awkward day working with Gary. Sharif offers to buy back Gary's stake but Gary declines. Alya begs Gary not to punish her family for her mistake. Gary bluntly replies that he only cares about his own family now. Fiz helps the girls write wish lists for Santa, Tyrone's moved and vows to make it the best Christmas ever for Hope.

Friday 27 November 2015
7:30

When No.9's TV subscription gets cancelled, Tyrone panics and assures Fiz he paid it. Convincing her there's been a mix-up, Tyrone phones the TV provider and pays on another credit card. Meanwhile, a mate of Tyrone's delivers an inflatable Santa. Tyrone is perturbed when Baz says he'll need paying for it. Tyrone leaves Roy in charge of putting Santa on the roof while they take Hope to hospital. But when they arrive home, they find Santa totally deflated on the roof. Tyrone's furious that Hope's big surprise has been spoiled and confronts Roy. Roy is astonished by the onslaught.

Steph's upset by messages from friends who have seen her naked photos and distraught when Luke reveals their parents know. When some rowdy blokes in the Bistro snigger over their phones, a paranoid Steph assumes they are looking at the photos of her and angrily confronts them. Realising she's got the wrong end of the stick, Steph flees, mortified. Luke and Andy agree that Jamie needs punishing for what he's put Steph through.

Mary and Brendan hold court in the Rovers. Mary roars with laughter at Brendan's boring stories while Eva, Norris, Rita and Emily are nonplussed.

Chesney's annoyed at Sinead's reluctance to take up Linda's offer of a free trip to Portugal to see Joseph. How will Simon's first counselling session go? Zeedan is impressed with Gary's plans for the gym and offers him tips to win round Sharif, surprising Gary. Meanwhile, Gary's suspicious when he spots a muscly punter passing a bottle of pills to somebody in the gym.

8:30

Having accidentally unplugged Santa, Sinead restores the power and Hope is delighted. A calmer Tyrone apologises to Roy for overreacting. Roy senses a deeper problem but Tyrone insists there's nothing else. Fiz tells Tyrone that once Hope's chemo is over, they can look forward to Christmas, thanks to him. A guilty Tyrone bottles out of mentioning his debts. Roy calls at No.9 and offers Tyrone money, guessing he may be struggling financially.

When a devastated Steph confides in Leanne how her naked image is all over the Internet, Leanne makes her see Jamie's the one in the wrong. Luke and Andy track down Jamie to his local. Pinning him to the floor, Andy reveals to Jamie's girlfriend what he did to Steph. Steph then turns up with Leanne and the police in tow.

Brendan invites Mary to an Inexplicable convention. Mary's thrilled until he casually mentions that his wife refuses to go. Mary scurries into the toilets, crushed. Brendan is oblivious to Mary's upset as she puts on a brave face in front of him. But Mary remains utterly confused by the revelation that he's married.

Gary tackles the muscly bloke in the gym and finds he's dealing steroids. Gary throws him out as Zeedan and Sharif watch in admiration. Will it be enough to convince Sharif to give him a chance at managing the gym? Sinead admits to Fiz that she doesn't want to go to Portugal because Katy makes her feel uncomfortable. Can Fiz convince her to go for Chesney's sake? Leanne confides to Eva and Robert that Simon refused to speak throughout the counselling session.
