I do feel I was able to control my team extremely well, I made sure everybody was on task... at one point Poth was giving extremely silly names for our team name and I told him we had to be professional and he soon decided to chip in... when Poth was upset later the evening I calmed him down and he said I was a good PM and I'd done the best I could... I definitely did my fair share in this task even if it was mainly getting everybody to do what I asked.

Team control is great however it didnt appear that way with all of the in fighting that appeared on the thread. I am sure you would have to agree and its maybe something to work on if you get through tonight. If they respected you they would have surely stopped that and behaved as part of the team is all my point is.

I understand what you are getting at here but I do feel that I stopped the in fighting as soon as it began effecting the morale of the team, I made sure Poth was settled and I will admit I did feel disrespected by certain members of the team and I don't want to sound like a lost record but Pothuthic was one of them...

Hmm that's true, very true
In regards to the pitch guys, the other teams one was thoroughly detailed, informative and really thought out. I came to look at yours and my first thought was 'Is that it?' Forgetting all this Poth thing, I mean, do you not think more should have been done? |

I also would like to add that BD, I understand controlling your team was important, but for the actual task, what was your contribution apart from trying to delegate and control the team?

Louise was online yesterday afternoon when no one else on the team was around, so it was just us.
As for how much she helped, no she didn't help me much with the pitch, I was just trying to give credit where it's due. She did come up with the name of our game though. |

Ok, I feel this needs to be wrapped up very soon, so I am going to ask right now
Black Dagger, who do you want to come back to the boardroom with you? |

I made sure the pitch was up to scratch, I went over it several times throughout the course of the day... I was responsible for the 'mock show' run through as well and had we not ran out of time it'd have definitely been more detailed... so I do feel I have brought a lot into this task so far.

I feel the failures of this task this evening and believe me I'd bring all four back if I could... if that's possible?
But if not I will be bringing Pothuthic and Robbie back please. But Louise and Tyjet, you can now leave the boardroom and go to the other thread or whatever you wish, I'll see you on the next task. |

Finall Three Boardroom.
OK, so one of you is going to go, and frankly, this is an extremely tough decision considering the team was a complete mess for this task.
Black Dagger, you were the PM at the end of the day, so obviously some responsilbility has to be with you. Why shouldn't I fire you? |

Well Lord Sugar I am very passionate to be here, I worked very hard in this task and I feel that I was a very good Project Manager... yes I had a few moments of absence but I feel they were for good reason and I genuinely don't think I was the worst member of my time this task I did my best to control them and I feel I want to be here then Robbie or Pothuthic (who said yesterday he wanted to quit) so is that really who you want to work with.... somebody who isn't committed and has a tantrum because things weren't going his way? I feel I justified myself in this competition so far and I feel I deserve to be here... I know I made some mistakes in this task but when working with somebody as irresponsible as Pothuthic and Robbie to an extent I was going to have a few issues and I'm not trying to put the blame on them but I do feel I've done more and had more passion then the other two.
I don't believe Lord Sugar would like to work with someone who try's to steal the limelight from another peoples work. |

Exactly WHAT did I do that was irresponsible?
I don't believe Lord Sugar would like to work with someone who try's to steal the limelight from another peoples work. I don't believe I tried to steal Tyjet's limelight, I started the 'mock run' albeit I got it a little wrong so I gave the task to Tyjet as he was passionate and knew what he was doing so I gave it him to finish. |

Having an argument with Pothuthic which was irrelevant to this task and hurt morale mainly...

I have to ask, what was this argument about? I hear it's irrelevant but what were they arguing over?
