Lord Sugar they were arguing over an X Factor game in which Robbie got the act Pothuthic wanted so Pothuthic started swearing at Robbie and when Tyjet and me were wanting to hold a meeting on MSN Pothuthic left it saying he didn't want to be apart of the discussion which was disappointing as we needed him and he just totally dismissed the series.

An X Fctor game row is definitely something irrelevant in my eyes, did Robbie argue back as much or just leave it to Poth to keep on arguing?

Robbie did say he wasn't going to argue with him but apparently Poth was taking digs at him and quite agressive ones at that he even slated him on Facebook at one point or so I'm told.. but Robbie didn't argue back and kept his cool.

Lord Sugar sir, I tried to dismiss him as much a possible, explaining that I shouldn't be arguing with a 14 year old, and tried to stay away as much as possible. But as he brought the issue onto his Facebook wall, his Msn Status, ruined my surprise on the game we were arguing about. But now, I kept my cool.

Here is other things I'm uncertain about.

Black Dagger, you seem to be saying these things about doing the pitch when others are saying you didn't?

Also, and this has not been mentioned before, but Robbie and Poth have BOTH PMed people saying to vote for Team Hermes, it goes without saying this is not on; people need to vote for what they think is better and not because of their friends, and to say that is anything 'business' related is utter nonsense. It angers me greatly to hear campaigning for people to vote on PM rather than convincing them as the others wanted to.

In Robbie's defence Lord Sugar, Poth said he felt the whole team picked on him. In fact he also named one specific person which wasn't Robbie, so I dont think he is the only person guilty of arguing with Poth.

No Tyjet and Louise were in total control of the pitch however Tyjet told me to keep looking over it and that's what I did... I mis-worded what I was trying to interpret earlier.

Yes Lord Sugar, I admit to this, but once you asked everyone to stop, I immediately did so.

That's a fair point, the question is is that more the team ganging up on one individual or Poth bringing it on himself?

Were the rest aware of the pms ? Like the rest of the team or was it something off their own back.

Yes, Tyjet and Black Dagger were aware, Black Dagger actually asked Poth to do so at one point.

I see, while they did that, and Poth and Robbie helped out with the logo, what aspect do you think was yours over others?

Lord Sugar, I for one certainly didn't pick on or bellitle Pothuthic throughout this task, I tried to make sure he was involved as possible and at one point I even comforted him after his argument with Robbie saying that he shouldn't quit the show... I personally think Poth has blown the situation way out of proportion.

I think Lord Sugar was referring to the confusion over who made the mock episode. I brought this up initially as Tyjet named this as one of the (seemingly many) things he did on the task.

Let me put it this way, if by PMing your friends to vote for you and they do it without looking, and you guys had won, what 'business' skill is that showing me? This isn't The DS Best friend, it's DS The Apprentice!

I asked Pothuthic to do what?

I think my team work and commitment was an aspect I hold myself very highly of, yes I got most of the other team to do work on the logo and pitch but I made sure they were doing it correctly at one point I told Pothuthic to change his logo around to make it look more professional and I told Tyjet to check over the pitch and change some words, it's not like I did nothing.

It may have been Tyjet, but one of you said something on the lines of "Poth, go and PM some of your friends )
With Poth replying back with something like "Yep, I'll Pm Val"

I don't know where you have got this idea from, I've certainly not targetted either of Pothuthic and Robbie in this task I've guided them to the best of my ability.

I certainly didn't PM my friends to vote throughout the stage of the show, I wanted to win this task fairly and it backfired on us as we only gained two votes in our favour...

It seems almost though that you were overseeing everything rather than doing something, I am not questioning you kept an eye on things but it seems almost as if tasks were being delegated by you but never much was done by yourself at times..

I wasn't being serious at all if I did apparently ask him to PM his friends, I don't remember doing that whatsoever I am a fair and honest person so why I'd find the need to cheat so thrilling I'd have no idea.

To defend Luke, I will again note that he was the only person praised in Poth's feedback to me.

However I do think the Poth issue is masking other major flaws in the team and task.

I can see where you are coming from Lord Sugar but personally I felt I did as much as I could in this show and I definitely don't think I should be fired because I was helping people out and doing as much as I could as well, I did delegate more then do tasks by myself but I feel I did enough to not be fired and I can show you I have passion and enthusiasm for being here.

I think we need to be aware of it, but it was not because of Poth the team lost, not one person did an amazing job on this tasks and here's where things get tricky because I don't know whose contribution is the most responsible for the failure; Peter and UtdGirl, anything you think the others needs to account for?

I do respect that you stepped up as PM ont he first task but it seems you almost did just delegate and nothing by yourself was being done actively.

However, Poth clearly gave everyone headaches and I don't know if making 11 logos was a worthwile job and the PMing of people doesn't sit well with me

And Robbie does not seem to have shown me a lot of what he has done either, also admitting that he gave up on trying to help on the thread, and PMing people isn't acceptable.

This is an extremely difficult decision and quite honestly, I would like to fire all three of you.
This boardroom cannot go on forever so if you have anything more to say to defend yourselves now is the time to step up.
