I think Luke and Robbie should both explain what exactly they have learned from this and what they'd do differently next time.Eg. Poth could well be on their team next time, how would they deal with it?

Yep Poth is obvious but he did create the logo (11 appearantly) and made sure we all knew about it. Also cause arguments although as he is not here it has to be taken with a pinch of salt. But what exactly did the rest do

Black Dagger - Did you do anything bar delagate? Write part of the speach or anything of value ? A Good P.M should lead by example and work hard for the team.... So tell us exactly what you did, I am yet to understand?

Robbie - What did you do ? Write the pitch ? what did you do what was your contribution. Did you both talk a good game and leave the others to work or what enlighten us ?

I understand this but I do have more to show in this process and while I admit I had some flaws throughout the first task I felt I stepped up and can prove to you that I deserve to be in this competition... but that is all I will say on the matter and I respect your decision.

Peter if I were to stay I'd obviously put in a lot more effort, yes my flaws were I probably didn't step up as much as I could have done but when all three members of the team have said I was a good project manager I must have done something right in this project.

Elaine- I was more of a delegater this task, I will hold my hands up and admit it but at the start I made sure the pitch was up to scratch and while I didn't change it myself I told Tyjet to change bits of it... I will however say I did work hard in this task it might not have been much physically but I feel I brought my A-Game and showed how passionate I am.

Poth had made 11 logos, yes, but only changed the basic format of the first one.

Like I said before, I made 4 totally different logos which I am most happy to post here as proof. I also made sure everything was done the the best of peoples ability, such as not letting Tyjet make Poth's logo pink, as we all agreed that it looked horrible. I also suggested changing the format of the game, but only 1 person actually replied to the suggestion. I do not feel that it was my fault that we done badly, as like I said, I wasn't always with the idea.

Thanks for the honesty and I should also mention if his team had such a problem with him as P.M. they didnt say it. something to consider I suppose ......

It is what this game is generally about, there is no real need for the tone......

If you have to post a response to a direct question to you, with a reply including pothuthic and trying to exagerate his failings, then why should we believe that this was not your intention to begin with when you found out he was on your team. Perhaps you saw your easy target ? Did you even try ?

Wow Tyjet made a suggestion you dont know until you try something whether it will work surely ? Something against pink ?
