I want to thank various posters for the tips elsewhere on how to re-tune my Digihome PVR 80.
The machine receives from the Teesside transmitter and stopped working after I'm fairly sure the transmitter was shut down overnight, probably for switch-over preparation.
An ordinary re-tune failed to get it going again, but it worked after unplugging the aerial, doing a re-tune to 'clear' it, and retuning again.
The programme guide was still cranky, so I think it is also worth bringing up the channel list, and deleting every channel manually - it won't let you delete the last channel - and re-tuning yet again.
The guide has never been perfect - it sometimes puts the programmes for one channel against another channel - but it's now back to its former usable state.
