Hello i had to check the name on the door thought i'd stepped into the "in denial" thread, snoring is an unpleasant sound but the perputrator is usually unaware and unless grossly overweight , they are unable to stop doing it, during colds and drunken sleep many people snore who would not normally, nose bands are available from most chemist, they help in some cases.
