Hey everyone, welcome.

Well, the point of this task was to see how much effort teams could put into really selling somewhere, and it has been a very close call between you two. First, let's have a quick discussion

Team Hermes, good team leader in Strictly_Irish?
How did you feel you worked this time?

I will be honest I don't Feel Louise was a good team leader, She went offline yesterday and didnt return, For us it was a bit of a disaster.

On The other hand I thought Me, Luke and David did Exceptionally better than last time

Strictly_Irish was a good team leader to begin with, everything was going smoothly and we knew what we were doing although we wanted to further ourselves in this task and we could only have done that with her blessing so her not being here today was a little distressing, but she was still a good Project Manager

I felt we were much more cohesive this time around, none of the team were bitter or angry with each other and we just had to do what we felt was right in this task...

Louise was a very good team leader, up until she disappeared yesterday. She hasn't been on since and she did have a lot of our material that the rest of us didn't.

So it looks like, had you had a PM on at all times, you feel the task could've been even better for you? Certainly you seem a bit more cohesive than before!

We do feel that with Louise on board we could have got more done this task and it would have even be better, but we did our best and overcame this 'block' and did what we had to do in order to try and win this task.

I thought Gav was a good project manager. He led the group well, and made sure that we all always had something to do. He brought us together as a team, and we all worked productively.

Gav has been an excellent team leader on the task and the task has gone well for us, in my opinion.

However, I would just like to mention that my final comment on the other thread claiming fully responsibility was slightly incorrect. I did not notice it when I actually wrote it how it sounded, but I would just like to say that Mary has been a great spirit and was up until 3:30am last night doing the original leaflet. I only edited it, however because I did not know how to properly use the software we used - I had to construct it from the beginning already.

So I apologise if I misled anybody - I didn't mean to or take full credit where it wasn't deserved.

We have all contributed to most aspects of the finishing product - so yeah, I would say we did all pull our weight.
