Team Footprint
Guys, I did like the effort you did, the poster was, however, way too wordy for my liking, and it lost me interest in a bit. I know some felt the whole thing was a bit too many words, but I did like the language you used in the brochure and the seven day plan was a great little thing.. Team Hermes I was impressed after last time that you pulled it together, but the poster didn't even mention Derby and it did seem quite rushed to me, in some parts. However, I did like the brochure for the fact it didn't have so much writing and the presentation was good. Ultimately, the winner is... |

TEAM FOOTPRINT.
Well done guys, I want to say this was a very, very close call, and we have been deliberating the decision until about five minutes ago. Ultimately, neither impressed us majorly but Footprints did just pull it out ahead off Hermes. So Footprints can now return to the other thread, and Hermes, one of you is going to be fired. |

Team Hermes Boardroom
Well guys, you lost, again. Honestly, I felt the poster didn't even tell me where you were advertising; and the brochure was OK, but looked so much more basic in my opinion; I just felt a bit like anyone could've made it and nothing made me go 'WOW' with it!
What does everyone think went wrong for the task? |

I believe it was Louise, She was a great PM But went offline, I know we all made mistakes but I honestly thought Louise sorta collapsed it.
But who was responsible for what part of the task? Who did the poster, brochure etc?? |

Yes she went offline and I understand that severly undermined your team.

The task went south for us because our PM disappeared. None of us had anything to do at all after about 3pm yesterday afternoon as we'd done what we'd been asked to do, but since our PM didn't show up at all, we really had nothing to do until about 3pm today when we realised we had to just get up and do it ourselves instead of waiting on Louise to give us jobs. It could have gone far better for us. I feel our pitch was a mess. That was split up between the four of us, but by the time it came to posting it, neither myself or Poth (who were the only two online) had either Louise's or Luke's. Our brochure as well had a lot more information ready for it. Louise divided that between myself and her, she wanted me to write up info on historical locations & kids activities which I did, but I didn't have any of Louise's half at all to use. In the end, we had to research accommodation really quickly & only use a fraction of what I had ready for it.

Can one of you confirm this, and do you think the absence of these key skills (presumably the reason she was PM) cost you the task? |

When observing the other team, I noticed a few times they were worried about Louise's apparent expertise in advertising / marketing?
Can one of you confirm this, and do you think the absence of these key skills (presumably the reason she was PM) cost you the task? I feel we would of done much better with her skills and I believe we would of walked it if she had of had her skills here

OK, the question I think everyone wants to know is, where is there ANYTHING which says about Derby? I know you were two members down, but from that poster, I would now know it was advertising Derby, I'd guess maybe the North from Alton Towers, but it just wasn't good enough. Now, the other teams didn't impress me either, but at least I know straight away it's for Cardiff there!

Poth, when I PMed you about posting the stuff on the thread earlier, you told me you only had 180 words written, when I'd said about 500, why were you not better prepared for that?
Me 100 words Luke 150 words David 125 words and Her 125 words. In the end I had to fill in for Louise and write something up 10 mins before the Deadline. |
