I don't think that's all that lost it for us. It was a tremendously huge contributing factor, but we did have one other thing we were working on and going to post: a sample itinerary of a 7 day holiday, and I feel that, if it was close, that could have clinched it for us. Unfortunately, Luke couldn't post it because he had to leave just before the deadline and didn't have the chance to send it to either me or poth.

For me i do think as you know lord sugar that a bit more work and this itinerary could have won it for them ? |

I see, that may well have helped a lot, who do you think then is the most responsible for the task? Luke for not sending it and the poster?

I think it would be a bit unfair to put all the blame on me for failing this task Lord Sugar, yes the poster wasn't the best in the world but I gave it my all in this task... but the itinerary probably could have swayed it for us but I don't think I could be blamed for me having to be elsewhere as I attempted to send it.

I would also agree that Tyjet did the most for Team Hermes although I should point out that Pothuthic also did a good job in particular during the brainstorming session he put some good ideas forward...........
Luke missed that session for the most part but was willing to help and do what he could for the team too. Louise was a very competant P.m. on night one, she seemed in control and to know what she was talking about ..... I do believe Team Hermes did a lot better as a team this task .........untill their pm disappeared........ make of it what you will |

So he is more responsible than Louise not being here much for this task and the previous one? As I was under the impression some of you blame her for not being there...

This is actually a good point. When Luke was trying to send the itinerary, I was getting some kind of error with the filetype & he had to be elsewhere and unfortunately, didn't have time to fix it before he left.
Tyjet you are certainly liked by the team for being strong, but one thing I note is that last week you stepped up as a sort of unofficial team leader when BD was leading, but this week when that was needed, you didn't and waited with the others, why the change? |

I wouldn't blame her for the failing of the task, yes it'd have helped if she was still here but then again I definitely don't think I was the weak link of this task...

I would have to go with Louise, Lord Sugar.

Who can't you call it between?
I need a name Poth. I suppose Louise should be fired, As I said I don't like to be nasty or anything but Louise sorta did sink the ship at the end. |

I was more hesitant to do so on this task because it was pointed out that when I did it on the first task, it came across as if I was taking over? I was very conscious of this on this task and wanted to avoid giving the same impression.

Well it seems that most of the blame is being put on Louise and Luke here, do you think you did enough this week to stay?
I hope I have done enough to stay. |

It seems like, when it wasn't needed you did it, but when it was, you didn't. I guess the thing to say is just doing it at the right time!
