If you have to think that hard then it suggests you know you are in trouble ..........

How much time did you spend on your part of the project ? how much time did you put on that poster with three images and a little bit of writing and what else did you do for your team........

But didn't you have attendance issues too? Weren't you about to post something then had to go?

Most of the team I followed had work or school or something all day today, and seemed to manage ok...

But then again, he did do quite a lot of effort into the task, he answered most of the questions in the thread today...

I'm not saying you were in charge of the pitch, but from where I am standing it just seems like you were a bit inactive (I know school was the reason) but it would have helped if you had been here and school will obviously take priority so as long as you are in this process you might be inactive... and when you said in the other thread that the work we had done was 'plain' and boring also made us feel a bit of a worthless team... in retrospect.

I unfortunately disagree with you.
I think i gave 110 % in this tak and I honestly think I am not to blame, Sorry to disagree but I honestly think i did more than I was asked, 180 % more, I was basically online all of the time I could, Which was a lot more than I should of tbh.

Well, I think I'm going to make a decision in a second, because I think I have heard enough..

I spent quite a lot of time on this project, putting those flowers on my poster weren't easy at all and took quite a lot of time to perfect, I did 150 words of the pitch, albeit I sent it to Louise so my part of the pitch wasn't sent in... I do feel I spent my fair share working throughout in the show...


I did have to go, I'm just saying he was inactive for a good few hours and I know school can't be blamed but it would have helped if he had been here.


I also put a lot of effort into this task, and I'm not going to lie Lord Sugar, if I had been here when the questions were being asked I would have answered them.

Are you forgetting you yourself were absent on the first night for most of it, due to real life and prior arrangements, To me this is the Pot calling the kettle black !!! whenever there was a team meeting he was there as was I and I can assure you he was very active in the initial decision I have the transcripts and all of his ideas and willingness to work.......... when you were not there and came on and straight away shot his and other ideas down......... be careful what you say in future and make sure you can back it up because I definitely can !

See you are saying you had something to do so couldn't be here for the task questions part, but you're having a go at Poth for not being around because of school?!?! Is that not the same as you not being there for other commitments later?

Yes, I was absent for night one, I did have show rehearsals, I can very much admit that... and I don't think I shot his ideas down, I just said I think we stood more of a chance going with Derby then we did with Southend but I didn't shoot every single idea he had down at all... and I was there for most of the meetings and put my ideas forward as well... and I can definitely back myself up here Elaine.

So you didnt have a copy of your work, even Poth had a copy of his work and was able to get it and send it on ? and use it in the task its a simple thing No ? Forward P.M. or werent you online .........

Okay, I shouldn't have a go at Pothuthic for being at school I'm just saying for most of the process he will be at school meaning he wouldn't be able to show his full potential... I was just stating this issue... I do feel I was around more then the other contestants though and should still stay in this process.

I did think Louise was going to be back in time to post the pitch, that's why I didn't forward it to Poth or Tyjet and I was elsewhere at the time, I put my hands up to that.

Just because you were there luke doesnt count for much, you didnt put many if any ideas forward yet you were suggesting someone who showed willingness and put ideas forward should get fired as you didnt see his work, none of your team mates had a problem with his work for a reason so maybe you should think about that before you post blaming someone else again. Talking about something you dont know about is shooting yourself in the foot ........

Strictly_Irish - at the end of the day, you were the PM, you should've aced this task and you didn't. All your team infered you not being present cost them a lot, and over two tasks, I have hardly seen anything out of you

Black Dagger - honestly, you have sort of duh yourself into a hole here, The poster was weak, and that was your responsibility; even with someone not showing up, others still suggest you should be fired. And your arguments were quite weak, you were here last week and I gave you a second chance, but I'm not sure this time...

I HAVE COME TO THE DECISION THAT....

I will say that I understand Louise has had family problems so been unavailable partly due to that, and I hope that with her not having the game it is one less stress for her right now if she has many other things to deal with right now.

Lord Sugar, I am in shock, I definitely thought I was toast and just had to fight for my survival, I understand I'm on thin ice though.
