Yeah, I agree. I actually thought she was quite a strong candidate despite the bluster until last night. Had she been told "your teammates were weak and you performed well in this task, but you should be a team player" rather than being essentially told "you rode roughshod over your teammates in this task - well done, you" then I'd think she still was. But she received pretty much nothing but praise and took away from the boardroom that that's the kind of behaviour Lord Surallen is looking for. This cannot end well.

I'm not convinced that anything other than the business plans matter in this series. We've seen far more strange and obscure firings this series than ever before, and the vast majority of people seem to be being kept or fired based on anything other than their performance in the tasks - far more than any other year.
I'd be surprised if they didn't have to submit a business plan as part of their application process and that Lord Surallen had already whittled the candidates down to 2 or 3 before the process even began. I'd be really quite surprised if he didn't already know who had won by this stage of the programme.
