I'm sure the commenter above was commenting on the strong correlation between "strong confident and attractive" women being called "smug, liars and little cows"
I mean this is from a neutral perspective you do come across as jealous and it does seem to be aimed at these women, you obviously wouldn't see that yourself. |

The guy proved just how unbelievably HOPELESS he is. Get back in your shadow and stick to whining, hopeless PM and a weak personality to match.

Melody has an incredibly high opinion of herself, but unlike a lot of arrogant Apprentice candidates, she does tend to deliver.
Not my favourite, that would be Helen, but I rate her above most of the others. |

I would describe Melody as a bit of a tool with a highly annoying voice.

I think Melody will finish in 3rd. Like a Debra or a Katie.

I have nothing against strong, confident women I hang around with a lot of them
![]() Melody is just an arrogant, smug little liar. Stella from last year was a good example of a strong, confident woman. |

I laughed out loud when Leon wanted to do the tea pot pitch and she still kicked his ass with the post cards.

I have a love/hate relationship with Melody.
I admire her 'take no prisoners' attitude but at the same time, she does come across quite full of it. I think I've finally found some one to root for tonight in the name of Helen.

Strong attractive women sure not to be liked by some people, seen it so many time on DS Forums.
![]() Anyway, Melody was very strong and cheeky in this task. Good to see that her and Tom kiss and make up next week

Not sure why people would consider 'arrogance' a weakness on The Apprentice. Self-belief, even over-the-top self-belief is better than none at all. If I were in Sugar's shoes I'd choose Melody over Tom any day! He may be a creative person and he says he's sold his inventions but Melody's drive and common sense seem far more attractive. Imagine Melody and Tom fused together - you would have a very formidable candidate indeed!

Unlike many an arrogant Apprentice contestant, Melody has the talent to back it up. She's someone who although her competition may not like, the clients respond to her as she's been consistent when it comes to her interpersonal skills on the tasks. She became my favourite tonight by a country mile and it's hard to imagine a final without her. I reckon we're in for a Melody/Helen final, which seems the best option.

I still like her to some degree but..., abit less so now.
I'm suprised that Lord Sug was so taken with her in the boardroom because he usually doesn't like people who hog the task (and the potential glory from it) that much. I can only presume that because Lord Sug is not looking for someone to work under him and take command from him obediently that he took her performance as the sign of someone that was of 'partner' material rather than just safe sitting 'employee' material. I didn't really see ruthlessness in her before but she def went for what she wanted so..., I suppose she caught Lord Sug's eye and that will be all that matters to her. If it pays off for her in then it does and will seemingly be the right move. But I think her performance in this has shown her in a different light (perhaps good in some aspect but not so in anther other). I still have my eye on her but it's wavering abit after tonight. |

She's arrogant and ruthless but not in a really aggressive way. A lot of previous candidates have been undone by being too overtly arrogant and ruthless and unlikeable. She also doesn't shout or get angry. I think that's a huge plus point.

Everyone knew that for the losing team, it would boil down to individual sales figures. And so Melody became very possessive about her leads. I don't really blame her for that because it's not easy to cold call businesses and persuade them to give you an appointment. She'd basically done the hard work and the others would be reaping the rewards. What disappointment me tonight was the way she went about manipulating her team into dropping the car seat carrier. She displayed the wrong kind of "ruthlessness" there. It was unforgivable behaviour. |

By introducing the idea of keeping log books, I think this task was very much engineered to expose who were the team players and who was looking out for themselves.

The wrong type of ruthlessness is prob a good way to put it, and that there too is what disapppinted me almost the most because she hadn't (or didn't seem to have) displayed this type of approach before in previous tasks. |
