Actually, the Zoe and Susan thing is much worse as it seems like it will reach boiler point in the next week. Katie and Kristina were a bit classier and were able to work with eachother business wise (while saying inappropiate things about eachother to the camera).

Susan still won it for them. Even without that big order from Helen, they still would have won from that single order Susan made to the phone shop alone. If not, then her other sales would have pushed them further forward. Yes, Helen deserves credit for the huge order, but Susan still made more than enough money for the team to win on her own.

Well it did seem that way until Zoe had a go about Susan behind her back to Jim plus it looks like she has another go at Susan in next weeks task!

I dont think that Zoe or Jim done much this week at all. Susan done well in choosing the items to sell and also done well on selling the small item for the phones and they would have won even with just Susan selling these items. But Helen shone through once again with her great sales pitch for the baby car seats!

But I have to give credit to Susan for really pusing for the car seats in the first place!

I think Zoe seemed nice to Susan when they were alone together at the top of the task purely because they were alone and she didn't have Helen to use again for support against Susan or maybe, in a new situaion, Jim if need be.

I think it was quite telling that when Lord asked the team if Susan had been a good PM in the boardroom that neither Zoe or Helen said yes (despite Zoe being there when she opted for the right products and despite Helen being there when she got a pretty decent sale herself).

Behind the smiles neither of those people like Susan, least of all Zoe, and next weeks preview seems to show that again. Someone mentioned Zoe not liking Natasha and this prob still rings true as well but, because they haven't been on the same team recently, we haven't seen Zoe be able to get her horns out for Natasha since the last time she had plenty to say about her.

Zoe was pivotal in the parts selection.

They got on very well in this task and, for me, it was Susan's most polished performance to date. Her most impressive moment for me was when she actually accepted some criticism.

The only one being nasty I saw in the trailer was Susan being very very bitchy about someone, presumably Zoe.

You cannot categorically state Zoe hates Susan. There is no evidence of hate or Zoe being nasty.

What does high margin mean. Profit for them. What difference does it make how much the manufacturer earned.
Or does it mean they could discount it.

What I dont understand is with these kind of tasks why they bother with the little shops.It is always the large ones who decide it,.

Helen does deserve credit for her performance. So do the rest of the team. Susan and Zoe selected the products (the final decision was obviously Susan's, but Zoe was clearly in agreement) and Susan made an excellent sale in the phone shop - and then judged rightly that she could push it a little further and sell them more.

Jim - less evident, but at any rate more generous than Melody in making the appointments.

Maybe Zoe does not hate Susan, but she picks on her, and any opportunity she gets with the others, she belittles Susan (she did it this week when she was with Jim, and has done in the trash task when she was with Leon, she said something like Susan is so weak or something. Thankfully on both occasions, both Jim and Leon just ignored the cow)! . In my opinion, that is pathetic, two faced and bitchy. Solely for that reason Sugar should fire her. Does he want a troll like that working for her who is two faced and moans about his other colleagues behind their back?

I would love it if Zoe was like this about Ellie. She would head butted the cow there and then!

There are only a limited number of big buyers for each product. Once a presentation has been made to Tesco without success it is impossible go back for a second try. So it could be helpful to present to small buyers first and gain a perspective, overcome a seller's blindspot, reshape the presentation, or even to repackage a product.

There is not enough work involved in the pitch for to occupy the whole team and they presumably think that running round trying to get small shops to buy is interesting TV.

If they really wanted to get a handle on each candidates abilities they would give them each the same product and invite a panel of buyers to asses and score their presentations. That way it would be a completely level playing field and they would get the same information, consistently scored, for each candidate.

In fact they could do the same thing for a lot of the tasks.

But that wouldn't allow Sugar to fudge the results and pick off the lawyers/engineers/whatever whilst keeping the totally unsuitable candidate who 'reminded me of me when I was a lad'.

Zoe has a low tolerance threshold and short fuse. She admits to error and apologises as quickly as she falls into error.

She does not like slow explanations, statements of the obvious, but above all repetition. Anybody who does not commit these cardinal sins will be fine with Zoe.

I was also in business and quite aware of this. One doesnt go straight to Tesco, one first shows them how many other shops buy it. They dont like being left out of any product.
Whatever is written here, the salesman does make an impression. Helen seemed fully prepared, knew exactly what to say. Tom had no idea. There must be more than one large shop in Paris, why waste time on the penny orders. Go to them and say you have been to this large one. The orders will come in no roll in. It may be difficult to get an appointment at short notice, but that is part of the task. One sometimes has to 'force' ones way in. Saying youre just there for the day from 'Great Britain' helps. I understand one of the tasks is a bakery one. Can Helen really lose this. All she has to do is go to her own customers who will oblige her.

Surely the contestants are not 'forced' to go to the small shops and can go to the large ones if they want.
In every series which I have seen LS has chosen the right one. Except once where he has since admitted his mistake. I never saw her doing anything either. He went for her because the name intrigued him,

I'm past caring now. They can both hate and despise each other for all I care. It's only a tv programme and both of them will make money from it even if they lose. I can just imagine Susan going onto CBBC or CITV or something. And Zoe will do just as well.

To be fair to Zoe, her comment on the rubbish task about Susan being weak referred solely to her lack of physical strength (for lifting heavy items of rubbish). She simply didn't want to allocate Susan to that work because she didn't feel she'd be able to do it as well as the others, which was fair enough and probably true.

There was no need for it. It was stating the bloody obvious. Even Leon did his gormless face at her when she said it. I think Zoe will be out soon. She just seems like a two faced lady who likes to moan about people.
