There's only 2 guys left. Tom is as weak as a three legged kitten with brittle bone disease and i'm sure he'll be fired next week when he loses again, and I have a feeling Jim's jedi mind tricks won't work on Helen, Susan or Zoe. I have a feeling the final four will be Melody, Zoe, Susan and Helen. What do you thnk?

If AS wanted rid of Tom, he would have gone tonight. Tom is through to the final for sure. Probably Jim too. Natasha, Zoe and Susan will be the next 3 to go imo.

I think Lord Sugar wants to see if Tom can grow balls in a week, I think he'll be dissapointed

I think it's inevitable at this stage that we're in for an all-female final, and by the calibre of the men this year, it's the best option.

I reckon it's most likely to be between Helen and Melody, but wouldn't rule Zoe out just yet.

Yes.
Same with Jim, Sugar could have got rid of him and Tom in this and the last task but he didn't (for whatever reason).
He also seems to like something about Zoe and Susan as well,, plus now Melody.

I agree with an all female final however he may as well give Helen the 250k right now as she's head and shoulders above the others.

Helen and Susan for the final after last night.

I had thought Melody might make it but last night changed that.

I really don't think Susan will go much further. She is being bigged up for some reason, but she is very wet behind the ears and is often on a tightrope between getting it right and getting it completely wrong. I think she will come unstuck soon, or will fare badly in the interviews.

Her interview with Claude will be TV gold

Deleted. Got the interviewer's name muddled up.

I'm fired!

He wasn't as bad as that guy who asked Lee Queen to do an impression of a dinosaur and then said "why did you do that?". I think the whole nation were like

Yes, I thought that was absurd.

If you're being interviewed you normally try and accommodate the interviewer if you want to make a good impression.

Fortunately Sugar ignored that.

Actually, I've just realised I've got them muddled up. It was Paul who's the fat one and bullies people.

I don't know. Claude was the one who, last year, on discovering that Chris changed degree course called him a quitter and a loser who would never stick to anything n'yah n'yah n'yah. He does seem to take an unseemly delight in repeatedly punching once he's got someone on the ropes, or at least when he thinks he does.

I don't think delight comes into it. I think it's his way of finding out what the candidates are really all about, under the persona. It might be harsh, but goading someone is an effective way of finding out what the candidates are trying to hide.

It could well be an all-female final. Sugar's made it plain he doesn't like Jim, and Tom did look very weak this week.

But who knows? Everyone bar Helen's had some kind of negative edit.

I think that it is highly possible.
Tom and Jim need to survive by staying on the winning team.
LS seems to dislike Jim and he hinted that Tom was nearly fired last week.
It's a real shame because for most of this series the boys featured strongly and we got to know their names far quicker than the girls.

Only because they kept losing and we saw a lot more of them in the café and boardroom.

It seems to be a common problem for candidates images on this forum (and, to some extent of TA itself): If you just get on and work competently towards your team's win you wont' make the edit and you'll get people saying "I don't know who xxx is" - as if that's xxx's fault.

The first few candidates to go I had to go to the website to check on them because I had forgotten them already....

Whereas with previous series, the earlier losers were more memorable it seems to me..

Is it down to the way the show is now edited?. Or is it just me thinking it?.

As for an all woman final, the 2 remaining guys are fortunate to still be there at all.

Indeed.

I would hope it will be an all female interview stage - even if that does make me a traitor to my sex.

(I don't think all the men were useless, just not right for this process.)

I don't rate any of the males who are left this year so it wouldn't surprise me if the final two were female.
If it's Melody v Susan , i'll be a tad grumpy as they annoy the hell out of me!
Jim has evil undertones and Tim is a creative type , not a business type. I do have a soft spot for him , though.

Definitely, Tom and Jim aren't going to get to the finals. Tom is about as productive as a cactus and Jim is too power hungry. Susan/Helen Final for me
