The one who was actually fired this week?

I can't think of anything at the moment, but I'll give it some thought..

I loved the moment when he said that the cat looked like a chicken to its owner, and Zoe and Helen were in hysterics.

One thing:

He actually worked for LA REDOUTE!

And yet still contributed absolutely nothing.

Bit of a drip! Seemed a nice guy, perhaps lacking that elusive ruthless streak Sugar admires. Probably deserved to go this week.

Oh, and he can't speak French.

He drew a picture of a teapot.

He can attract women by using his finger. The charm finger!

Only that he is as spineless as Tom and that they both deserved to go this week, although Tom slightly moreso because he was PM and did totally nothing!

I think what is most annoying about both Leon and Tom is how they have both tried their hardest to get out of being PM every week and was quite happy to sit back and let the ladies take the job. That says everything about them to me and why they are both so spineless!

Most of the calls Melody was making were in English, all he had to learn was a sentence 'do you speak English?', instead he chose to whine that he didn't know any French and Melody was secretly a Parisian.

That he isn´t Melody (apparently there are people who wish to punch her if they saw her in the street )

The 'not speaking French' excuse was clearly poor on Leon's part as the other team didn't have any French speakers yet still got their sales.

I'm not sure if he wanted to let Melody do all the work in getting the appointments or genuinely felt uncomfortable with not being able to communicate well with people on the phone but, either way, he was totally unconvincing in this task on the general hole in terms of contribution. Getting some sales only showed that he wasn't completely hopeless in this task.

I think the main thing that set Leon and Tom apart on that task was the thing that wasn't even related to the task (which was that Tom has a more appealing background of work to Lord sug than Leon does).

He seemed to dig a depper and deeper hole for himself in the boardroom without realising tht what he was saying was " Fire me "

At least he sold something when Melody allowed him to have a go. Tom was about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and should have gone though.

Regardless of how competent he was, he was pretty nice to look at, and so I'm going to miss his presence on the show.

I actually thought he had something though, there was a charm about him, and some good basic skills that I think if he had a bit more confidence about him could lead on to bigger and better things. His main fault was he was too quiet, and gave way to bigger personalities too easily.

Leon gave some good laughs and seemed like a nice guy. He wasn't right for the job though and I think he would have hated it had he won.
I wish Leon all the best. He took the ribbing on the You're Fired programme with humour and honesty.

He smiles a lot. Doesn't take himself over-seriously. And is apparently frightened of 'catching gay', as Dara put it

Never admit afterwards you’ve previously worked for the company to whom you are currently pitching.

couldn't get passed his weird teeth (they seem too big/funny shape for his mouth?!) to actually concentrate on anything he said ... but then he hardly said anything worth noting!

Was he perhaps a bit of an unlucky scapegoat in tonight's episode?

Twas a bloody good picture though.

Given all that time he had on his hands, he should've got one of those notebooks with blank pages, and drew a cartoon of the teapot lighting up.

He had more going for him in his little finger than ........

Has to be said, it's the first time I've ever seen a woman respond positively to a man wagging his little finger at them.

I get the feeling Lord Shugs would have liked Leon & Natasha back in the final 3.
But its unusual for a PM to bring back someone from their own subteam as the PM should be keeping a tighter grip on them so it reflects badly on the PM.
I know - shocking of me to think St Tom of the Bent Emeryboard could possibly have been playing strategically

I thought he was funny and rather laid back. I'd have liked him in real life, but he was hopeless on the show.
