Something cute about Tom...
Aww he's so nice and adorable in a dorky way... Would much rather go out with him than some guy who's self-centred and into himself... Anyone agree?

No, he is a spineless wimp and a sad excuse for a man.

I kind of get the impression that if you went out with Tom you would end up being his mum and he would be married to his projects. I bet he doesn't eat unless he's spoonfed and has cold cups of coffee lined up on his desk for days.

The things I used to to find sweet and endearing about Tom are now beginning to irritate me.
We're at the business end of the series and a candidate has to have more than the "awww" factor going for them. Tom has shown that he can be smart and has good insincts at times, but he's rubbish at asserting himself and he gets flustered in front of business folk. He doesn't exude enough confidence. He needs a little of what Jim and Melody have. |

Did you find Jedi on Twitter ?
![]() Tom must have slipped lordSiralan a note about a fabby invention he has up his sleeve. I can think of no other good reason why he remains. |

He may be "cute" in the OP's eyes, but his lack of business nous in this last task was really gut wrenchingly bad.
His capitulation over the seat killed any chance of his team winning. |

TA tasks are extremely good at demonstrating how not to do business: Spend far too little time on research and then rush into a decision. It's format seriously overrates blaggers who would not last 10 seconds (all right, 10 days) in a real business environment when people would have time to think things through, properly. |
