I think Susan's inability to actually articulate her thoughts coherently would definitely be a liability in day to day business. I could see any employees losing respect for a boss who asked the sort of questions she did last night.
For example, her question about whether the French like their children. Her boardroom explanation made what she
meant by her question logical and understandable. The problem is: how is anyone meant to get that from the stupid question she actually asked?

Exactly.
I think Susan would be more suited to the old Apprentice (i.e. working for AS and learning that way) rather than going into business with him. I accept that she has a successful business already and has done since a young age. I think that is part of the problem - working for someone else would have taught her a lot about how the business world works and what is and is not 'acceptable' in the real world.
