Tom v Maloderous in the boardroom
Maloderous gives it all her usual bluff, bluster and egotistical ranting about how brilliant she is and completely misses Sralan's less-than-whelmed response about all her alleged 'awards' (he built that one up beautifully, did he not?)
He then asks Tom what he's done and, in a calm and measured manner, he simply states what he's achieved. Which, from what I heard, appeared to be pretty good. No bluff, no bluster, no trying to steamroller everyone else with continual boasting about how brilliant he is all the time. Just appears to quietly get on with it in a pretty modest way. I thought his was a killer speech. I know which one I'd prefer to work with. |

It was funny how Melody didn't get Sugar's quite unsubtle sarcasm.

She will get her comeuppance in the interviews, they will cut her resume to shreds and it will be very interesting to see just who these awards came from.
Let her bludgeon her way past the interviewers and Margaret especially will see right through her bluffs. Thought SA didnt want a sales person, he moved the goalposts on that last night. |
