He then asks Tom what he's done and, in a calm and measured manner, he simply states what he's achieved. Which, from what I heard, appeared to be pretty good.
No bluff, no bluster, no trying to steamroller everyone else with continual boasting about how brilliant he is all the time. Just appears to quietly get on with it in a pretty modest way.
I thought his was a killer speech. I know which one I'd prefer to work with.
