Most people can't even tell where i'm from due to my accent but The Apprentice does have a history of badmouthing THE North. I remember the episode when a contestant rubbished a very successful shop in Liverpool that had been operating for over 50 years because it was "oop North"! It's just silly and paints the contestants in a bad light. Did you know that Wotherspoon was only 24? |
