There are ways of criticising people without making them feel too bad. Karren seems to look at the candidates with total contempt, even hatred. I imagine she'd be hell to work for.

I'm sure my impression of her when she first took on the adviser role was that she was quite gentle in her criticisms.

Perhaps she was told to be a bit harder and it's not coming across too well at times.

It makes me laugh when she looks down her nose at people yet she is employed by a couple of grotesque dildo salesmen who make Del Boy and Rodney look stright down the line

She didn't work her way up but as the MD of Birmingham FC, the club was basically bankrupt, in recievership, by the time she left in 2009, the company had been floated on the stock market (thingy) and was in profit.. it's not all down to her but i'm sure S&G would have got rid of her if she had took them further down the leagues and lost them more and more money..

The reason she isn't liked seems to be because she isn't Margaret.. I think she does a good job, she didn't really need to point out Susan's comments but they were undeniably stupid.. Im sure Nick or even Margaret would have brought up someone saying "Are the French very fond of their children"..

She did a fantastic job at Birmingham City.

When she came to the club we had been left a mess by the Kumar's and BCCI. We had not had so much as a sniff of top flight football in several years.

The off the field side was appalling and the ground was run down.

Karren Brady and the Golds/David Sullivan resurrected the so-called sleeping giant (we were never that, we have always been a yo-yo club living in Villa's shado) and made the club on and off the field a far better proposition than it was before.

I love the 4 of them for what they achieved at our club. When they left they wanted to sell the club to someone who could continue their work. It is not their fault we are the next Portsmouth.
