HappyHour with @JanellePierzina today at 11pm BST on SuperPass. Not a good test of live feed though as the geo-blocking may be different.

BBlite on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bigbrotherlite?sk=wall

We realize BB Lite is experiencing a login loop. Real Networks changed the feed structure on us last minute... breaking it. We'll fix ASAP... and release an update if need be.

It appears that real may have temporarily disabled the live feeds during testing, which is likely causing the login loop in BB Lite. We'll keep a close eye on this and see if we need to release an update on our end.

UPDATE: Real turned the live feeds off for now. They will be back up in a few hours just in time for them to be switched over to the house cameras. At this time BB Lite will automatically start working again. Please share this with others!

I've taken up the free trial, but all I am getting is a constant 'loading', have tried in three browsers (IE, Firefox, and Chrome) all the same.

Any ideas if it's still down? or is it me?

*hugs & blessings*

It's because you haven't read the rest of the thread!
The feed is "geo-blocked", so you have to use a bit of software that hides your IP address.

Come out of the Superpass site completely.
Go to http://hotspotshield.com/
Download and install Hotspot Shield.
Connect with it, then go to the Superpass log-in page again.
Come back if you still have problems.

Thank you for your help, I had read the thread, but it was unclear as to if it was geoblocked or not - but it is early morning, so probably me just being sleepy

Anyway, I'm installing it as we speak.

Thank you again

okay.. have installed hotspot, switched it on, It says I'm connected, I'm getting the adds. But still the perpetual 'loading' - am I missing something glaringly obvious?

It may be a problem at their end - loads of people logging in for the first time.
Which browser are you using?
Try
turn machine completely off
On again
Connect with Hotspot Shield
Go to Superpass login

It may just clear up later. Teething troubles are common with the BB feed!

Just had a thought.. hotspot masks the IP i assume? But I'm working through a router, which is working through a cable modem.. would that make a difference? The router has it's own ip doesn't it? Would I need to do something to mask that?

Email their Tech Support if no luck. Sometimes it's just that their end hasn't registered your password or something.

I'm using a cable modem and router too, but it maybe an issue with yours. Include the makes and models if you email Superpass.

I have tried hotspot and http://www.ibvpn.com

Tried on a xp and windows 7 machine
The following

Firefox
Explorer
Chrome

And all i get is loading...bloody loading!

If i try the BB lite player direct it asks me for my real player username etc. I enter them but it justs asks for them again and so on...

I give up!

Only thing i can think of i am on o2??
Or it's because i am connecting wireless to my router?

A disconnect/reconnect from Hotspot to get a new assigned VPN IP does the trick for me.

I have the same problem and it's just a matter of trying everything over and over again (swearing is optional, but it seems to help me). I always go to http://superpass.real.com and make sure I am logged out and then I log back in. I may do this a few times, whilst connecting and reconnecting to hotspot - sooner or later the page of feeds load up and I can then load up BBLite.
